Inkwell Beach is a short 5-10 minute walk from there, if you don’t stop for ice cream :) Each location above is accessible by bike in 7 minutes and car in less than 10 minutes. The 1st floor has 1,500 sq. ft of living space with an additional 1,500 in the finished lower level, perfect for family time, children, teenagers and adults. There is a 65 inch TV that connects to Sling TV for cable and Netflix.
