Decent hotel for the money. Was looking for a good hotel on a budget near Toronto and this one certainly fit the bill. Positives. - Location: 5 minutes from a train station which is 2 stops to central Toronto - Room: Big room, reasonably modern - Value for Money: REALLY reasonably priced compared with hotels in central Toronto, and location wise made it super easy to get central - Staff: Very friendly Negatives. - Room was nice but its window was internal into the central atrium which was a bit weird.

On the Niagara Falls road at Toronto Airport, if the evening flight arrives in Toronto, the next day to go to the waterfall, staying here at night is a good choice, and the price is much cheaper than downtown Toronto. The hotel room is spacious, the breakfast is not bad, the muffin can be freshly baked in DIY and then topped with maple syrup. There is a small indoor pool on the first floor.

For under $100, my stay included freshly made breakfast and fast internet. I also liked: (1) Heater/AC unit works very fast, and super quiet whether it's low or high fan level: noise level feels like about 30-40dB. (2) There were many bright lamps (800 lumens), 4 USB outlets (2 at bedside, 2 on the desk lamp), 3 wall outlets near the shoe tray, a height-adjustable chair and plenty of desk space for work. (3) Coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer and shower hot water work very fast and quietly (4) Mattress is firm and duvet is light and warm. (5) Blinds and curtains are easy to use and keep lights out (no gaps) at bedtime. (6) Bathtub and hallways are clean and well lit. (7) Breakfast served well by staff. (8) Front hall hot water and coffee machines (regular and decaf) are well stocked. (9) Early check-in and late check-out available. (10) Location is easy to find and parking was easy and close to by. (11) Check-in and check-out process was safe and fast. (12) Front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff are all welcoming. Some items on my wish list: (1) The fridge is too small -- can't put in a 1L bottle water or medium pizza box. (2) The pillows are too soft. Memory foam ones would support my neck better. (3) The lamps use cool daylight colour light bulbs which are really hard on my eyes when I work. I'm used to bright and warm white light bulbs. (4) There is no elevator -- I didn't have luggage carts but my computers + briefcase were heavy.

Not recommended! The hotel is next to the main road! The car sounded for one night! And the heating sound in the room is particularly loud!

I would like to take the time to write and advise what an AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have received while staying at the Monte Carlo Inn located in Oakville, Ontario Canada. As we all know we always hear of negativity and very seldom the positivity. The would like to advise I've been staying at the Oakville site for the last month and from day 1 I've been treated with respect and with the upmost courtesy from Mr. Brendan Jayawardene and his amazing team. But I'd like to highlight a few members as they have went above and beyond. Sanjeev, due to covid there is no access to a shared computer for quests. Sanjeev printed and scanned very important documents to my personal email many times which I greatly appreciate. Nya, just a very upbeat and friendly face behind the front desk. If you are having a bad day and you happen to see Nya, she will turn your frown upside down. Albert, the maintenance worker, my first day my TV was not working as it should. Within 15 min I had Albert in the room replacing the TV and I thought PIZZA PIZZA had a great slogan ”30 Minutes or Free” Kathy, Lynn, Robin, Lulu and Nadine the house keeper's. Everyday either of these fabulous women are asking is there anything I need from fresh towels to replenish coffee or tea or cleaning the room. If in Oakville and in need for a room or rooms go see Brendan and his amazing team.
