Beautiful and comfortable, warm place to stay to enjoy Alanya in January. Food was great despite two restaurants were closed during winter time. Aygerim- hamam receptionist is very helpful and polite. Putu makes fantastic hamam and massage. Thank you very much! The only disadvantage is steam room with strong smell of mold and a bit depressing spa design.

Big thank you to everyone at the spa centre! Wardana and Natali are great people and amazing at what they do, I will definitely come back for the high quality service and more various spa treatments☺️ If you like massages and sauna there will be a variety of options for you and your loved ones.

I can't give this any higher review. Booked a room for a family of four for 12 nights. Obtained a room with space for 3 people and they've attempted to place a further bed in the room. I'm unsure why they would permit a family to book this room. Unfortunately it's completely ruined our first impression of the hotel, which wasn't helped by the poor reception on arrival.

I loved everything actually. Am 28 weeks pregnant and had alot of pain and did 60 minutes massage with Putu. She is sooooo great and I really recommend her!! The food was good. Good cleaning in the bedrooms and the hotel It was little bit annoying with the elevators

Best massage!! Thanks a lot Putu and Mehtap! It was great experience! Generally, we liked the service, food and cleaning in our rooms. Weather was changing, but water around 20*. But it even was challenging and pleasant! On sea shore you can find crabs and other livings

Putu did a great job! This was a whole experience. Came in a like stone boulder left like a feather so soft :) it was worth Every euro , they brought drinks and fruits as well. We came in and we started with the hot stone sauna afterwords we had the mint sauna and after that they started to clean your whole body and after that the best massage experience I recommend this place! Sincerely Ibrahim!
