It was nice. The location is also quite central, with many shops within walking distance. It's a shame you have to pay extra for parking.

They claim to have air conditioning. Upon arrival, they were told, "It doesn't work, turn it off and open a window in the room." The room was over 26 degrees Celsius, making it unbearable to sleep. The staff refuses to offer any assistance or arrange anything else, even though the hotel advertises air conditioning. The fact that children run through the hallway so fast that the doors vibrate doesn't help matters. They bang on the doors loudly and then run away. When we confront them, we're met with a rude response.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I travel to Oberhausen for business. The rooms aren't large, but they're exceptionally clean, exceeding my expectations. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. It's also located near a pedestrian street.

The location is great, close to the city center, within walking distance, and the largest shopping center, Westfield, is just 3 km away. A top location.
