沒有電梯房間特別小住在閣樓上，站不起人，離店後一天扣除清潔費100瑞士法郎，理由：浴室地上有水。我請問呢，你自己浴室沒有做乾濕分離我洗澡地怎麼幹，你讓我打掃房間裏怎麼不配備清潔工具呢？其次，我自己帶了一次性浴巾，説我把浴巾放在木板上造成傷害？？？？？？？避雷，沒有保潔經驗的千萬別來

Fantastic hotel on the Grimsel Pass. Very friendly staff and super helpful. Hotel is modern with a rustic feeling. Rooms are comfortable and a good size however the lack of tea and coffee facilities or iron and iron board even at reception loose it 1 point however the staff were very helpful and ironed a pair of trousers. Views are to die for and the food is amazing. Don’t look at the prices but remember you are in Switzerland. Overall a superb stay and we will come back again.

We only stayed for 1 night as we were driving through the area but wow what a beautiful place. The view from our balcony was stunning The food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely return

I was one night. Very nice room and cleanliness. Exceptional place. I had dinner at the restaurant which is excellent. Two days later I returned with a group of 24 people for lunch. All perfect. I appreciate the good attention of Tamara.

Wir haben uns spontan für eine Übernachtung im Hotel Grimsel Passhöhe entschieden – und es war eine wunderbare Entscheidung! Das Hotel bietet sehr schöne Zimmer, teilweise mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Totensee. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und die Umgebung wild-romantisch – perfekt zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gemütliche Restaurant mit seinem feinen Essen. Die Portionen sind grosszügig und geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar gastfreundliches Haus. Von der Ambiance der sehr geschmack- und stilvollen Innenausstattung und Terasse, über das Nachtessen bis zum tollen frischen Frühstück mit erstklassigen lokalen Produkten und der und der traumhaften Aussicht. Alles blitzblank sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

Hier wird man verwöhnt, von A-Z. Der sehr persönliche Empfang ist Auftakt zu einem wunderbaren Aufenthalt im sehr gepflegten neu renovierten Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber, das Essen vorzüglich und immer steht der Gast im Vordergrund, die Bedienung darauf ausgerichtet, dass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Überall spürt man das Wirken der Eigentümerfamilie, bis hin zum kleinsten Detail ist alles mit Liebe gestaltet bzw. angerichtet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
