I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfort, and it was clean. The location was also highly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation.

Spacious room, with dinning room. Right located 1-2 blocks from busy areas, so it was convenient but not noisy. Suprisingly there was a sunna room and it worked!

Very close to station and comfortable inside. It also provides free rental facilities such as laundry and cheap detergents. Parking lot is also charged 500 yen only. Highly recommend Areaone if you visit to Obishiro next time.

The room was very big, & the parking slot is very near by. Recommended for visitors who was driving.

This hotel has the largest double room I've ever stayed in when I visited Japan. It's very spacious and comfortable. I have the impression that the toilet has a deodorizing function which is a plus. There seems to be only stairs between the parking lot and the hotel. I'm not sure if there are other accessible passages. However, there seems to be another accessible parking lot, but I'm not sure where the entrance is. It was very dark near the hotel at night and there were no street lights.

Unlike other hotels around the station, the rooms are very spacious and have private bathrooms with large bathtubs. A clean breakfast is provided, and the bus to Obihiro Airport stops in front of the hotel, making it convenient.
