Bathroom had plastic bag bits in the corner of the room. Toilet runs, the traffic noise made it difficult to get to sleep the first night.

Don't waste your time unless you're a Bonavoy member. They treat the rest of us like trash, especially if booked through a 3rd part. We checked out early after being treated poorly and not having a cle

I was booked on the 2nd floor but the elevator was out of order. So I had to walk up the stairs. Very inconvenient especially when the clerk booked my room and told me it was near it. Nothing was complimentary to eat or drink which I found inconvenient as well.

Does not live up to advertised standards. The HVAC system was not operating properly. We were too cold the first night and the system was so noisy we couldn’t hear the TV or talk on the phone. We asked for help and the front desk did not reply or file a work order for more than a hour. The next day, the maintenance crew replaced our unit. We didn’t have time to switch rooms because we had other commitments. We stayed in our room as long as we could then left for other activities we had planned in advance. Also, the room was not lit well, too dark and uncomfortable. The furniture was not at all comfortable, very and uncomfortable. Most of the side chairs, Devan and beds must have been a little too vintage. They were hard and uncomfortable. The artwork was very nice. The rest of the room needed an overhaul. Bathroom was too small. For the money we paid, the hotel was not up to any standard we are accustomed to. Overall, they should keep homeless folks there instead of top dollar customers. However, staff was very nice.

I left an item at the hotel and the staff was excellent in helping me with fed ex to have it retrieved. Thank you so very much!

A bit pricey for the location and all the renovations going on, I booked this room for the balconies and unfortunately did not get one.
