The house has front row seats to the weekly fireworks show held every Sunday and on July 4th at Northside Park. All bedroom floors and stairs are hardwood, and the main house is covered with Italian marble flooring and bathroom walls. The house has upper and lower rear deck for relaxation as well as 4 balconies from bedrooms (2 front bedrooms and 2 rear bedrooms) for your individual relaxation. It’s the best of both worlds!! You have 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. You have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room with cable. You have a nice big ocean front pool / deck with lounge chairs and table you can see from your room as well + walk off the pool deck onto the beach. You are right across from Gold Coast Mall also. You need to bring your own linens and towels. You need to bring all your own toiletries and bathroom needs. Unit is being sanitized after every renter.
