Three-level elevator. Large decks including rooftop deck with comfortable furniture and amazing sunset views. Surround sound speaker system throughout beautifully appointed main living room with an open floor plan. Additional family room on the ground level with a comfortable large sectional sofa and a large TV (think kids gathering room :-))) Large and rejuvenating Swim Spa surrounded by hydrangeas and crape myrtle trees. Outside shower. Comfortable and relaxing outside sitting arrangement with a gas fire pit to enjoy an evening cocktail. We provide 8 beach badges and beach chairs. Beach badges are not needed for kids ages 12 and under. No linens/towels/paper products are provided. Our rental week runs from FRIDAY to FRIDAY, so our guests could spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic. In SUNSET PARK you will find tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, baseball field, well equipped playground, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, bocce, horseshoes and incredible sunsets.
