This efficiency apartment has it all full kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and cooktop for cooking. Sleeps 3 adults unless you are sharing beds. No more than 4 adults allowed as this is a smaller unit. Property on 3 sides is surrounded by Oconee county country club golf course. 2 lakes on the property and only 1 mile to Walmart and shopping. The stars are amazing at night as you enjoy seclusion but still close to town 15 minutes to Clemson and 30 minutes to the blue ridge mountains. We are 7 minutes from beautiful lake Keowee. Bring your hiking boots! Hunt for golf balls! Would stay again The property and owner were great. It’s an above garage apartment. Only thing that would make it better is a bigger area around the toilet. Makes it hard to use with very little space on either side
