Positive: Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Good drinks and a cozy restaurant. Great breakfast. Negative: Bathroom far too small. Sagging beds. Evening buffet and lunch not so special. After 10pm there is no chance of sitting anywhere in the hotel.

The hotel only has 3 stars but I give it 5 stars. The reason for that is that we had a room facing the garden with a large bathroom. The TV wasn't very big but that didn't matter. Everything was very clean and in very good condition. The staff are very friendly and nice. The best thing though is the food here. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge selection. The evening meal was also very tasty. My wife and I felt very comfortable here.

A bit dated hotel with mediocre business service but friendly and hospitable. Large spacious rooms, great breakfast. Central location in the middle of a village in a truly beautiful nature reserve with very friendly and helpful people. Recommended.

Zu bemängeln wäre: Nasszelle mit WC sehr eng (1;5m x 1,5m), undichte Duschkabine, Vorhänge von den Fenstern liessen sich nur sehr schwer zuziehen (Gardinenleiste defekt), Stühle kalt und unbequem, Kühlschrank defekt,

Wir waren bereits Wiederholungstäter, am gleichen Ort zur gleichen Zeit - über Weihnachten 2024. Mit schönen Erinnerungen an den vorherigen Aufenthalt reisten wir - Großeltern, Eltern und 2 Kinder - an und wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Uns gefallen die geäumigen sauberen Zimmer, insbesondere natürlich die Familiensuite. Die Beköstigung ist reichhaltig und lecker. Die Getränkeverfügbarkeit im Rahmen des Allinclusive-Paketes finden wir prima, es ist für fast jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Viel, viel Spaß hatten wir wieder mit dem Hotelpersonal aus jungen und "nicht mehr ganz jungen" Mitarbeitern einschließlich am Heiligabend. Wir waren individuell angereist und konten so in zumutbarer Entfernung die Weihnachtsmärkte in Meißen und Chemnitz, die Theater in Augustusburg und Chemnitz, den Bergmannsumzug in Annaberg-Bz., die "Lichterstadt Mauersberg und das Schneevergnügen in Oberwiesental aufgsuchen. Einige Ziele entsprachen dankenswerten Empfehlungen des Personals. Wir danken allen Mitarbeitern herzlich und denken gern über einen erneuten Besuch nach. Vor dem Hintergrund des uns angenehmen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses empfehlen wir Ihr Haus gern weiter.
