A wonderful stay at a truly beautiful hotel. The best thing about our stay has to be the staff. Every single one of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we are truly grateful to all of them and will definitely be recommending Bianca Relais to everyone!

A truly memorable stay. From the moment we entered the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff. With specific mention for Martina on reception, our waiter at breakfast every day (sorry I did not get his name) and for the young waiter who provided cocktail and drink recommendations during the evening (again, I did not get his name, I believe he is from Milan). However, all staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious, with large comfortable beds and high quality fittings. The breakfast and dinner in the DROP bar were prepared and presented to a very high standard. I would recommend a car if staying here as it is quite a distance from Como or other places you may wish to visit. I would highly recommend staying here if looking for a peaceful location.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the whole experience was outstanding. The hotel was on a lovely lake close to como but a little quieter. The hotel was very modern with a boutique feel. The staff were outstanding, so helpful in every way. We ate in the restaurant and that did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the whole stay. We had to leave early in the morning and to our surprise, reception had a lovely pack lunch waiting for us. Keep up the hard work.

An outstanding accommodation with a breathtakingLake view. We’ve booked the signature suite in which a bathtub, Jacuzzi and steam bath were included in the room. The room is super clean and well maintained the stuff were welcoming and friendly. the only downside of this beautiful hotel is the food. The food was bad across all the hotels restaurants, including the Michelin Star one. don’t get me wrong, I would consider coming back next time but I will consider bringing my food with me.

One of the best boutique hotels I have ever been to. it has only 10 beautiful rooms facing a beautiful lake, each room has its own steam room, you can't go wrong everything is perfect. friendly and helpful reception personnel. clean sheets and towels, nice cafe facing a beautiful garden, two restaurants one is a Michlin star. honeymooners this is your perfect hideout. The only thing I advise is to have a car because it is far from the nearest city.

Volendo staccare la mente dalla solita routine invece che andare nel più blasonato lago di Como la mia ricerca si è concentrata al lago di Annone . Hotel molto elegante , curato nei minimi dettagli accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff si è rilevata molto professionale e attenta ad ogni esigenza del cliente . Appena arrivato mi è stata data una camera di livello superiore una Junior Suite vista parco regalo molto gradito.... La camera era molto spaziosa sul tavolino ho ricevuto frutta fresca e una bottiglia di prosecco R Collection molto buono in più un biglietto con dei ringraziamenti per avere scelto il Bianca Relais... Materasso molto morbido e confortevole altrettanto per i cuscini ecc....Bagno molto grande dotato di vasca da bagno grande e di tutti mobili da bagno di design un vasto assortimento di prodotti da bagno monouso molto buoni e di qualità e prima di dormire un gianduiotto tutte chicche che fanno piacere ricevere... . In più la camera dispone di Spa personale con bagno turco,luci colorate che cambiano di continuo , getti d'acqua e musica per rilassarsi...Colazione alla carta con vista sul lago con una vasta scelta di prodotti da forno ecc...Promosso a pieni voti... .......

Este hotel esta ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo y tiene el lago Anneco al frente. Es ideal para parejas que quieran descansar. El servicio es excelente su personal muy atento, la comida y desayuno mirando el lago espectacular. Y lo mejor que tiene es su SPA que es de otro planeta. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y preciosas.

Al Bianca Relais potrete godere un lusso assoluto! E’ un hotel perfetto per il comfort che offre. La vista al tramonto ed in ogni momento della giornata e’ favolosa. Le camere sono ampie e molto accoglienti. Il personale attento alle vostre esigenze. La parte F&B semplicemente eccezionale. Cosa volere di più!? Lo raccomando per soggiorni di coppia, anche se chiunque sarà entusiasta di ogni minimo dettaglio
