The room has a dining room where you can eat skewers in the evening, which is very special. Unfortunately, the hot spring water is too hot to soak, open the tap and add cold water is not enough, too little cold water, the shower is very old water temperature is not easy to control, about eight o'clock more call to the service table no one answered, out to reception no one, I can only pour hot spring water 😅 The next day breakfast tasted good 👍🏻 I do not eat raw horse meat, after booking the store contacted me, also stated, but no reply, and both meals appeared raw horse meat. Later to the public hot spring bath, the water temperature is just right, the environment is very good, but my husband said the men's hot spring water is still very hot, can not soak 😆

The service staff were very friendly. They greeted us at the main entrance when we arrived by car, helped us pick up our luggage, led us into the restaurant to dine, and introduced us to various ingredients and cooking methods one by one. The cooking method for dinner is very special. A fire is built on the sand and grilled. The taste is very unique. After the meal, he led us to the room and explained everything one by one, very professional. The location is relatively remote, but it can also be regarded as a unique feature. The hotel has a public bath, but we didn't go because there was a private bath in the room and the water temperature was very comfortable. Compared with other high-priced brand hotels, the price/performance ratio is really first-class, but the location is indeed relatively remote.

One stay and two meals is a very favorable price. The hot spring in the room is open 24 hours a day and the water temperature is high enough. The special dinner is served in the irori. The breakfast facing the scenery outside the window is also very pleasant. The environment is beautiful and quiet, and the service staff are also very good. .

Located deep in the mountains, I happened to meet a waiter from China who served us very enthusiastically and professionally. Although the ingredients for dinner were not very high-end, they were quite interesting. The only bad equipment is the hot spring bathroom, which is too basic. The wooden bathtub is moldy and slippery, which makes it uncomfortable.

The environment is quiet, each room has a private bath, and there is a free parking space. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Arrived around 1245 pm and noticed nobody was at the ryokan. Searched the facility and noticed unkept rooms and the kitchen was filthy

Room with Attached Onsen The room assigned to us was really good with an attached outdoor onsen and bath. Room was a little small and the futon wasn't as comfortable as what we were accustomed to in Japan. Being in the mountains we had 2 uninvited critters in our room. One was some flying insect and the other was a centipede which really freaked us out. It actually found it's way into our toiletry bag and lucky we spotted it before we stuck our hand in. The onsen in our room was good and clean. However the public onsen my wife and I found it not clean to Japan standard. There were beetles, spiders and cobwebs in and around the onsen. There was basically nothing close by so having half board is a must. We did and the dinner did not disappoint. Our only complaint would be that the aircon for some reason could not be switched on and it was very hot in the dining room. Overall we were satisfied, especially with our room with the attached onsen. Other aspects we feel can be improved. We would not likely return.
