Landgoed De Rosep is wonderfully located in a green area, perfect for walks, and the pittoresk village of Oisterwijk nearby, a 2 minute ride to Tilburg with marvellous museums like TextielMuseum and De Pont. Very friendly service, light rooms, excellent restaurant and good breakfast. Wellness area with different sorts of sauna and little pool. We really enjoyed our visit. Only point of attention: cushions are high and not soft enough for our taste: would be good to have a choice. Thank you to the team.

We spent lovely ours at the sunny terrace, with some welcome drinks. Then we had a six course dinner, one night sleep and the breakfast buffet. Overall, we give our stay a seven out of ten. We accepted the staff's apologies about somebody who was unintentionally entering our room at 7.30 in the morning.

The first impression in the hotel was too clean, all white walls, even in the chamber all was white. No paintings what so ever on the walls. There was hardly noise-cancelling between the adjecent rooms or even on the other site. If you are looking for an up to date reading experience such as a news-paper, sorry there is no one. The location is fabulous for walking and biking. Recommendation? sorry, there is lot to improve

Wonderfull! Excellent breakfast, good room, nice wellness and friendly ladies! I was with me, myself and I, and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. And now I need more than this to fill the review, but that is something I don’t like. I hope that this is still oké….

Location and terrace of the Hotel were great and so is the breakfast and pool facilities. But: The room we were appointed to was dirty from the last occupants, we got no excuses :(, but an upgrade to an Air Conditioned room, which ended up to contain a mobile AC device with a loose exhaust pipe hanging outside of the window! This underpowered machine was so loud that you could not run it during the night, so we had bugs in the room because of the open window. In the room coffee machine without coffee cups same for tea. Clean room though. Pricy Dinner: burnt vegetarian dish and a tiny amount of lovelessly made fishdish for high prices with slow service (sweet personell I must add). Sorry Hotel Rosep, never again here!

We have a very good stay. Kindness and regardness of the servants were great. Breakfast more than enough and kindley servants too. Only the bath to take a douche is dangerous for elderly people: You can glide and fall easy. The power of the douche is excellent. We come back.

WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE BOOKED We booked 2 rooms for 2 people for 2 nights for 815euro with specific request for air-conditioning. Upon arrival it became clear that none of the rooms had a working airco, temp. was 29°C in the room! The receptionist did his best to fix the problem but only with a partial solution. One room got a mobile airco but was filled with bugs very soon because of the pipe that had to go through the window. The second room got it's airco fixed (for only 1 night) but the machine was of such poor quality that the temp. never dropped more than 3°C and the second night it collapsed. As a result, our second night was horrible: 1 room filled with bugs, the other without airco because the machine was broken again. After discussing this with the hotel, they only offered us a reduction for a new booking. It is clear that we do not want to book here anymore, so that was it. We never got a full solution for the airco, neither a refund and all this for a booking with 1 specific request. It's a shame ! After 8years, we won't be booking here again.
