Hotel Nikko Oita Oasis Tower

The room is clean. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is nice.

My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. This was our second time staying at this hotel. This time we came with another family to the hotel. The facilities, rooms and breakfast were all very good. Especially the breakfast. I took off one star because, upon check-in, I and the father of the other family we were traveling with requested that our two families could have two rooms close to each other. The staff said, "大丈夫です。" , which means "Sure." and then put our families on two different floors. I asked again if we could not have the families rooms on the same floor, and the staff replied that this is the best they can do. I was a little surprised and confused, especially since we were staying 2 nights, but I guess since we booked our reservations separately, there was nothing that could be done. We still enjoyed our stay. We just had to travel between hotel rooms on different floors quite a bit.

Huge hotel. Pleasant curteous staff. Clean rooms Large room  Good beds.Pillows? Breakfast was buffet with a good selection, even soft serve icecream. Parking was in the basement of the hotel with lift access. A/C was average. Did not get to 20deg. No black tea in the room

clean and convenient location! plenty of shops and restaurants around the area too.

This is the best hotel I have been visit. I visit Japan 4-6 times a year, which different venue accommodation have been stayed. The price performance ratio is brilliant, and the parking is very decent as well.

Nice city view. Big room. Enjoy with unlimited complimentary drink bar.

Good location, many convenience stores, clean rooms, on-site parking. Breakfast was quite costly around the new year holidays, so it would be good to book in advance.
