Super close to Oita Station! There's a hot spring on the top floor, but it gets very crowded because even non-guests can buy tickets to use it. There's also a garden and a shrine on the rooftop.

Extremely convenient for getting around and shopping, with a shopping street, many izakayas, and karaoke right across the road. The rooftop onsen is absolutely fantastic, offering distant views of Beppu Bay. There's also a cafe run by an old gentleman in the shopping street, and their breakfast is delicious 😋

I think this is one of the better, if not, the best JR hotel i stayed at in the last couple of years... i usually will stay at JR hotels in cities that they have a hotel at. This JR Oita blossoms has all the attributes of a perfect hotel... very good hygiene, not a speck of dust or dirt, wonderful service as they know my preferences plus it comes with a wonderful rooftop open air bath area with a view to kill for! The location is absolutely fantastic, right at Oita Station. The onsen (hot spring bath) is stunning, offering panoramic city views. We visited for the fireworks festival, and the venue was just a short walk away. The shopping street in front of the station is extensive, bustling with numerous eateries and shops. The value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely choose this place in Oita again as our base if we visit Beppu in the future!

We stayed in room 1812 for a night. The room was bigger than the standard Japanese hotel rooms and the view was breathtaking. The bath house is a must try for all travellers especially the outdoor/rooftop bath. Robes are provided and allowed to be worn in the outdoor bath only. Basic amenities are provided at the lobby. There is a department store next to the hotel and a supermarket right at the train station. I highly recommend this hotel :)

As a solo traveler, I found the customer service staff extremely friendly and attentive. They truly went above and beyond. It is also very suitable for families of all sizes. If I ever have the chance to visit Oita again in my lifetime, this would definitely be my first choice.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient for both transportation and shopping. The express bus terminal is also nearby. To reach the front desk, simply exit Oita ZR Station North Exit, turn right, go through a small door, and take the elevator up to the 8th floor. Check-in is available from 2 PM. Our room was quite spacious, located at the end of the hallway and featuring large windows on two walls. Unfortunately, they were sealed shut, preventing ventilation, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The entire hotel was very clean. Despite our three-day stay, the staff promptly replaced our yukata and towels, provided bottled water, and offered warm, attentive service throughout. Breakfast was both plentiful and exquisitely presented, featuring beautiful seasonal Japanese bento boxes. Vending machines and ice makers are conveniently located on floors such as 11 and 14. Across from the front desk, complimentary toiletries and skincare products are available for guests to take as needed. The onsen was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent service. We absolutely loved the convenience of being able to dine directly after our bath. Soaking in the top-floor bath while enjoying the panoramic city views was incredibly relaxing.

The room was fantastic! Our triple room on the 17th floor offered stunning mountain and water views when opening the window, creating a very tranquil setting. The rooftop boasts both open-air and indoor hot springs ♨️, available for unlimited free use with your room key card. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the springs, sipping tea, and watching the sunset was pure bliss! The buffet breakfast was quite generous. The room was notably spacious, especially for Japan. Complimentary amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and cotton pads are available for pick-up at the front desk. Rooms receive a light daily service (replacing amenities, emptying trash, but not changing linens), with a full cleaning every two days. Complimentary bottled water is provided, and the bathroom includes a bathtub 🛁. The front desk staff provided excellent, warm, and attentive service – Japanese hospitality is truly outstanding 👍.

Exit from train station, turn right, walk out of the exit and you will see the entrance of the hotel on the right of the building at AMU. Lobby at level 8 while room from 9 onwards. Level 19 is the free onsen for guests. Breakfast was good local and western style. The washer and dryer not as good I think as after wash my clothing got a smell. Managed to rewash some at Kagoshima. Overall very convenient hotel as we used their trains to travel to Peppu to visit hells and Yokosuka to visit Harmonyland

The place is awesome! Spa was amazing. View from number also very very nice. If you want take bracfast - 2200 yen. Tasty. They have a Japanese part and also buffet. Tempura was amazing

The room wasn't huge, but we still had ample space to open our suitcases. **Cleanliness**: Japanese hotels consistently uphold incredibly high standards of cleanliness! **Facilities**: The large public bath was a definite bonus! The rooftop open-air onsen, a genuine carbonated hot spring, was incredibly relaxing. Soaking there while idly gazing at the distant harbor was pure bliss. **Location**: The surrounding area offered fantastic convenience for exploring, with an abundance of shopping and dining options that catered to every preference.

This Japanese-style hotel is excellent and spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located right outside Oita Station, with a shopping mall downstairs, making it a one-stop destination for all your shopping, dining, and transportation needs. The rooftop onsen is wonderfully comfortable and truly relaxing.

Spacious room, friendly staff , Japanese style interior though a bit old but clean . Breakfast buffet is nice. Good roof top onsen with nice city view .
