CORNER UNIT ELEGANCE ON THE BEACH!!EVERYTHING in this condo is new as of November 2021. The remodel consisted of replacing everything, the only things thst are still original is the tub in the guest bath and the drywall, everything else is brand new (including the furnishings and the HVAC)!! We did the remodel this way to make sure our guests had the best possible chance of having no issues while enjoying your beachfront vacation!This lovely two bedroom two bathroom condo has bonus bunks in the hallway plus a modern sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for a family/group of 8 people. The main bedroom queen size bed, 2 night stands, built-in lamps with reading lights and USB outlets, a 43" Smart TV w/cable, a walk-in closet behind a modern barn door and it also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a BIDET! The Main Bedroom also boasts a private balcony that only the corner units have. Washer/dryer conveniently setup in the hall closet for all your laundry needs and a set of bunks in the hallway as well for the younger travelers. The bunk beds include individual tablet holders for the youngsters favorite shows and individual reading lamps for the reader. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an entry to the second bathroom.Pelican Isle unit 318 incvludes extra views of the Gulf from the additional balcony off the dining and family rooms because it is a CORNER unit (this also means you have lees noise from other units).
