Everything is fine but they don’t provide slippers. The area is right outside the city center which is great

2 Small beds side by side. Has to crawl in for getting into the bed. Not recommend for 3/4 people travelling.

the facility is very clean and the staffs were very accommodating. they accommodate all our requests. and very patient for us. we had a great stay and will surely come back to stay in the hotel.

Location was confusing.

Dirty, there was dog and cat hair all over the room. It's like it's not cleaned. There is a dog cage in the room. I didn't say that there was a dog with me. If you ask me to take it out, I won't let you out. It's a mess in the room. There's no place to put things. The receptionist doesn't help, doesn't give advice as he should, but only prohibits it. Don't let me do that. We are tourists I need help.

The location is excellent. Exit from the west exit of the train station, pass by Toyoko Inn and it is diagonally opposite. The room is moderately spaced, enough to store suitcases, and has heating and cooling. The bathtub is a little narrow, and basic facial cleansing, hair and shower gel are provided at the bedside. There is a plug and a USB head, which is very convenient. There is also a microwave in the room.

The moment I got into bed, I felt something strange. It was gritty. I looked and saw a lot of what looked like snack pieces on the bed. I was going to clean up, but when I turned over the duvet and pillow, I was shocked. There were a lot of mysterious bloodstains. I have no complaints about the facilities, price, or location, but I wonder what kind of cleaning they do. It's a real mystery. The bed sheets were stretched tight, so why were there so many snack pieces lying around? A mystery.

The location is easy to find. You can see the "HOTEL LIVEMAX" next to Asahi Medical University when you come out of the JR West Exit and stand on the overpass. Maybe it's due to work requirements. I often can't see the staff at the front desk, and I have to shout every time before I come out of the office next to the front desk. Suitable for business trips and travels, complete facilities and relatively clean.

I appreciated the service to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff were very helpful. The only negative point was that I couldn't use the paid movie service...

An average business hotel, very close to the subway station

Although I had booked a non-smoking room, there was a smell of cigarettes and there were cigarette burn marks on the futon. I'll be using it from now on, so I'd like to see it done properly.

The front staff was a Japanese man and I was relieved. The room was neither good nor bad, and I was able to spend it in a very ordinary single room. There is a feeling of cleanliness.
