Before I rush to take the train on Sunday, I wish to go to the buffet restaurant. The waiter at the counter just informed me in a very rude manner the restaurant is fully booked. Same as the manager of the restaurant. This is different from most of the hotel which always try to accommodate their hotel guest. I am Diamond member of Cathay Pacific airline for 20 years. Spending a lot of time in hotel each year. I have to say I feel extremely sorry for what happened. As the front desk staffs of this hotel is excellent. Same as the hotel set up is so good. But the manner of the waiter/ manager of the restaurant did spoil the feeling of the guest tremendously.

We used it for event participation at Okayama Convention Center. It is directly connected to Okayama Station and it is very easy to move. It is also convenient to Okayama Convention Center. I think it depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed this time was able to see the platform of Okayama Station from the room, so I think that is also attractive for those who like trains. There are many restaurants in the station building of Okayama Station and there is no inconvenience in eating. It is a very recommended hotel for those who have a business at the Convention Center since early morning at Okayama Station late at night.

Although the building and facilities are felt only in the long-established hotel, the room and restaurant were kept clean. There was no shortage of amenities, and the front desk of the hotel and the floor of the restaurant 々 were all kind and impressed. As for the equipment, it seems that the renewal work is underway, and one of the two elevators was under construction. I think that one in operation is probably finished, but it was beautiful. The room was also updated to new ones, and the shower area was shiny. I am looking forward to the future of a long-established hotel that will be reborn. Only one room is air-conditioned throughout the building from the old days, and in the room, only L, M, H can be selected, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Even if I made it L, it was too cold in the middle of the night and I woke up and cut it in a hurry. I think it's a transitional period of reincarnation. I would be grateful if I could adjust the temperature by using individual air conditioning in the future.

Because it is a love hotel, I think that many people go by car, but if you walk, it is about 20 minutes from the second niwase station by train from Okayama station. The room is a love hotel, but you can spend comfortably without a business hotel even if you stay alone. Depending on the room, the room I stayed this time is ”Kitty-chan” room, which is cute, has a large bath, and has a massage machine, so you can heal your body. Moreover, you can watch dramas and movies for free.

The rooms and bathrooms are all clean and very satisfying. The whole family was comfortable with a large size that could afford to put an extra bed. There were plenty of amenities to choose from, and it was a very grateful consideration for us who forgot our toothbrushes. Our favorite is breakfast. Thank you for the variety and delicious breakfast ♪ The miso soup was very delicious. It is very close to my son's school and is very convenient in front of me at a big supermarket. I stayed there at a reasonable price with the member rate, and the room was clean and tidy, and it was nice that there was a microwave.

Note to motorists: We arrived at dusk on the weekend and the hotel parking spaces were full. A staff member pointed out nearby parking lots. Fortunately, there are still parking spaces in the parking lot at the front entrance of the hotel. Charges are charged every 20 minutes. There is no maximum fee due to weekends. We will check nearby parking after dinner. The venue was fully booked, so thankfully we were able to solve the problem with limited parking fees. Experience really has to be accumulated. The hotel itself is a group-style operation that is positive in all aspects. Although it is a bit old, I personally think it is still good at this price. It is only across the road from the beautiful area, which is very convenient. You can visit it in the morning when there are fewer tourists.

We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.
