Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown

This hotel has so much going for it, but as it is, it needs work. I stayed at a 2 queen suite with my dad. On the 3rd floor so balcony only overlooked the power station next door. I'm okay with that though. Not all rooms have good views in every room. The hot tub and sauna were both out of order. No information on website or check-in. Specifically chose this because of the hot tub (father likes sitting in jacuzzi) and sauna (I like after swimming). The room service. Not all day. Not half the day. Only 4 hours. From 5pm till 9pm. This was a shock. Wyndham is a big international company. I don't need a full menu... Just food. My dad and I went back to hotel after Thunder game... But too late to order food. Especially because there are few late night food joints around... The hotel should at least have a late night menu. Even beyond that, the restaurants around the hotel have horrible hours... Maybe they should keep one open all day... I'm sure they have done research about prices etc... but reading about competing hotels with full day dining... I'm now more likely to stay there even if rooms are more expensive. This makes Wyndham less likely to have a full day restaurant... a cycle. Quite a few stains around.... especially on the couch... A suite. A suite with 2 beds plus a couch pullout. How many bags of coffee? 1 serving of coffee. Yes, using the qr you can request more to come in 30 minutes. But only one serving of coffee.... Aye aye aye. Recommendations: let customers know about closed facilities. Make it up to them. Sorry. Hot tub isn't working. Here is a made in Oklahoma bath bomb you can use in your room. Have some form of all day dining even if limited. My gold standard is a club sandwich. Have a late night menu. A club sandwich and french fries. Then at least people after a Thunder game can get food.. There is also breakfast downstairs... Charge 12 dollars for 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon room service. I hate going downstairs for breakfast. Give me the option to get what you serve delivered to me at a premium price. This hotel has potential.... But from my experience... Not worth the cost. If hot tub and sauna opened yes... If food options better, yes...

Great location—just a short walk to Paycom Center. The breakfast was fantastic, and the omelet is a must-try.

Torn towels, no tray for microwave, coffee provided but no way to make it. However the bed was very comfortable.

Great stay except the valet lady leaving my windows cracked and my seat were wet

The service was good and it is a very nice place. we did not actually eat any food at the place things were way to expensive.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are well constructed but, not all the outlets worked. I wish I had known about the 32$-a-day parking.
