The service was good and it is a very nice place. we did not actually eat any food at the place things were way to expensive.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are well constructed but, not all the outlets worked. I wish I had known about the 32$-a-day parking.

The valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. . We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

Cleanest hotel we've ever been in. Beautiful and the layout was spectacular! So happy we spent our 39th wedding anniversary there!

This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We spoke with 3 different people and were promised an early check in and told our room would be available when we arrive by 12:00. We arrived at 1:00 and were told our room was given to someone else because it was a first come first serve basis. We had nowhere to go for 2 hours so we attempted to swim with our boys. The water was ice cold and paint chips were floating in the pool. We couldn't even get in the pool it was so cold. Other families were also complaining while in there. The pool was our number one priority when booking. So much so that we called prior to booking our hotel and asked what the water temp typically was. The employee told us he did not know what the water temp was kept at but he has never had any complaints. It was so awful! That is always the number one thing our boys look forward to on vacation. Lastly, we got no sleep because the people in the room next to us were partying and drinking from 10pm through 3am. We called the hotel security. They said they spoke to them but the noise continued. We were all lying wide awake at 2:30am. We didn't get any sleep. We rarely go on vacation and when we do we are not very picky. We splurged and spent a little more on this hotel than we typically do as a treat for my boys. I feel sick thinking about how awful the whole experience was.

The hotel was good, but the valet service was terrible. We missed out on our plans Saturday night because it took over an hour to get our car. On Sunday morning it took one hour and 40 minutes to get my car. We had hoped to get brunch before the snow hit, but we weren’t that lucky because of the time it took to get our car! I had to ask 3 different times to get it!! There were many irate people waiting to get their cars!

Front desk extremely rude. Could have had more to offer in the lobby, instead of basically having to pay for any little thing. Surprised they didn’t charge us for the air we breathe!
