The most wonderful hotel. The staff is wonderful, the activities are very good, the programs are amazing. Big thanks to the staff who served us at the pool FARUK YIKILMAZ AND FIRAT ARSLAN. Big thanks to animation team mostly Dostonbek and Farkhad hi speaks lithuanian very well.

Everything is perfect looking good, all staff is working perfectly, bar is absolutly perfect drinks nice, workers all the time brings some drinks presents, the rooms is clean and tidy changing everything day. Outside garden is absolutely perfect lot of green and lovely staff, akrom, Murat, Jam Dasha Derya , Samsod, Kiymet

The hotel is perfect, everything is top. Food is delicious, entertainment is excelent, the mini club is very good. Everyone is very helpfull , smiling all the time. The room is clean and nice. Weather in May is ok, sunny . It’ s our second time in this hotel and not the last time.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Botanic Platinum! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the variety of delicious food and the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time as a family. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!
