Mukarnas Spa & Resort Hotel

Mehmet at reception was very helpful and pleasant. He has made my family and I stay very welcoming on all our encounters with him. Keep up the good work Mehmet and keep smiling😊. The housekeepers work very hard and tried their best to communicate in English😊. I would definitely recommend Mukurnas to family and friends. However, some of the bar staff can be a little condescending especially towards non white female guests. That was my only negative.

Beautiful outstanding best hotel to stay for family .food was lovely delicious everyday was a different dishes to choose from .my family had a wonderful experience.will go again . There is a lot to do for kids. We had the Turkish bath too which was so relaxing.my kids loved it .

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a Turkish Mukarnas spa package it was amazing. Exfoliating scrub, foam, oil and massage. Best we have had and definitely recommend. Umut was great and very informative. Went back for a relaxing pedicure during our stay.

Firstly it’s clear that with regard to value for money, the Mukarnas hotel is very good. We have done numerous 5 star resorts over the past few years and whilst we wouldn’t rank the Mukarnas at the top of those places, we have had a fantastic and enjoyable trip for a low price. Small things such as the quality of the cocktails served within the All-Inclusive package is relatively extensive and of a high quality. The hotel is clean, especially the rooms with pretty viewsand there are plenty of amenities available to all travellers. We had plenty of fun in the pool and on water slides but particularly enjoyed revisiting our youth playing pool and arcades in the evening. Kenan was superb. Our trip would not have been the same without a number of key individuals, so I would like to take this opportunity to thank them personally and we hope they get the appropriate recognition for their hard work during our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ahmet from the bar team. His language, skill in the bar and customer service skills are fantastic and he was a pleasure to be around during our stay. The best cocktails ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kadir also from the bar team, not only did he provide superb service whilst at the bar with superb drinks and cocktails, but when our private taxi did not arrive for our transfer to the airport, he assisted us for over 30 minutes until one did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zuhal was the best waitress who not only also provided service with a smile but was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Haldun What a superb manager of the bar and man. ❌❌❌❌❌ Things the hotel need to address: ❌We felt the General Management and customer service at the hotel was quite poor and lacking in comparison to other destinations and experiences of ours. It would be fair to say that the Mukarnas is at the lower price point, However, in our opinion if you’re a 5 star resort aspire to deliver an exceptional service, not just an acceptable one. If the bar staff can do it the management team should certainly be able to manage it! ❌❌❌❌❌ A La Carte / Food: When using our booking platform it clearly states an additional charge for arcades/pool tables/bowling etc. There is absolutely no mention of an additional fee for A La Carte which is still only a set menu. This would have affected our choice to book The Mukarnas and for that reason we would not revisit. It’s misleading, wrong and was a huge disappointment for us. The food is generally of a high standard with great variety and quality included within the price, given there were only two opportunities to experience it across 10 days we’re disappointed that the management didn’t recognise the fault on their part and it has cost them returning visitors. ☀️☀️☀️To wrap it up if you’re looking for a low cost holiday but still want a good level of quality you won’t have a bad time here.

I have been to the Mukarnas Hotel several times, the last time I was in October 2024, I love this place. Very nice employees and a great atmosphere and drinks served in the lobby by the bartender Faruk, who always greets with a smile. The drinks he makes look beautiful and tste delicious. Faruk is a extremely talented barman and makes his cocktails with love and care, which is why the lobby bar was always full of guests. I recommend this hotel and the drinks served by bartender Faruk.

I love this hotel and resort very much. So much nice things too do there, i went too the hairdresser, had a medical back massage and i shopped there. I will come back. Thnx too all the nice barkeepers who made lovely cocktails for me. Especially kadir and ramazan from the game bar, i didn't forget their names and from the lobbybar burak. From all the other guys by the poolbar and other bars; i can't remember their names, haha, but thnx for the cocktails and for the restaurant thnx for the yummy food. See you'll next year march.
