I’m staying here right now (May 2025). The hotel itself is nice, food is good and diverse, waiters are helpful, animation is entertaining. But I came here to celebrate my birthday and guest relationship manager totally forgot to send me a small cake to make this day a special one (what is happening the first time in my life). For this reason it’s a very disappointing experience, will definitely not come to this hotel again. When we were in other hotels in Turkey, they didn’t forget about such a thing as your birthday. (Plus u need to pay them extra if u want to have a nice table decoration for your birthday when it’s for free in other 5 star hotels so this one I would put 3 starts).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made my visit truly relaxing. A special thanks to Hüseyin at reception for his exceptional service. He was extremely polite, professional, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. His warm hospitality made a lasting impression. Hüseyin’s ability to handle requests with efficiency and genuine warmth reflects the highest standards of hospitality. Hey everyone i came here with my friend and it was amazing we thought we will be boring but it was so funny and also chill one morning time they have a lot of activities for a spend time after then we went to clubs it was so nice and safety all entertainers did look after for us

amazing food , sea and animation, we did spend really good time there , my recommendation, really nice hotel and service, rooms they are good, night program also amazing animation team s cheif vika is best and jony is crazy show programs is s good . we will come again ❤️

Thank you to Q premium, I was very pleased, when I first arrived, I didn't know where to eat the food at the hotel, I asked the lady in the guest relations, then she visited and introduced the hotel together, it was very helpful, thank you to Ms. Aysi here. In general, the food was good, it was delicious, the animation team was successful, the rooms were clean, I recommend it to everyone.

Nice hotel, bar open 24/7 so its possible to grab a drink after a trip, food avaible for most of the time, good quality and everyone would find something for themselves, everyday there are mamy events, I even found something for myself, Johnny best animator is you looking for more fun :D

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was a little rude at the beginning but ready to help. Great time with my family. The beach is sassy. The food is good with different dishes in every meal. Health services were very expensive. Very recommended 👌

Best hotel we been in Alanya. Clean rooms, delicious food, amazing animation program. Special thanks for snack bar bartender Vania. So polite and professional. Also we recommend to visit night shows in hotel. Amazing experience. Guests got involved in show. Funny and interesting. Best wishes for Katina and Okan! From England with love.
