Amazing location in Olbia old town, closed to Piazza Regina Margherita. Very vibrant with lots of bars around and music on Saturday night! Lovely place, with all the necessities. Nice coffee machine to have an espresso in the morning. Very clean! Owner was very helpful and responding on WhatsApp, he came also to fix a little thing in the bath very fast. I recommend! I was sad to stay only 1 day!

Completely disappointing for the money I gave(220 per night for a quadruple room). Firstly, the kitchen had a terrible smell of trash which I didnt succeed to find out from where it was coming eventhough I cleaned by my myself the whole place with a detergent and I took away the litter boxes. There was no personnel to clean the room to change the litteries to clean the toilet even to give us new towels in a stay of six days! Inside the room there were no bags to change the toilet box neither toilet paper or kitchen paper or water or a breakfast box as a welkome gift There was neither salt pepper oil sugar but only capsules of coffee We didnt see the ladies to clean our room until the last day we left who knocked our door at10.00 am to leave even in the whole world the check out time is at 11.00am The windows were dirty from indide and outside when you were trying to open /close There was nothing to hung our towels or our swim suits after the sea The only positive is that the place is one block away from the main toutistic avenue of Olbia

We had a great stay at Olbia loft. Nearby laundry and places to eat that’s all walkable. We did rent a car and had no trouble finding parking.

Great little cozy place in the heart of the action Amazing communication and so helpful, the one thing you want on vacation is easy…and it was so easy! Everything was taken care of, communication was great and location, location, location. It was right in the heart of the action, walk out the door and you are there. The property is very simple, nothing flashy, so if you are looking for that beach town simplicity it is perfect, if you are looking for high end hotel, probably not your spot. With that said, property was great, had everything you needed and nothing that you don’t. I would absolutely recommend if you are just looking for a simple place right off Corso Umberto and all the restaurants and night life. You won’t find a better location anywhere near the price point.

Great location, excellent value and a lovely space to stay.

Suggestions It was kind of noisy outside and last night a couple gentlemen were partying outside the door and didn’t leave till midnight. It would be nice if there was somewhere to put your clothes a shelf upstairs perhaps

Only stayed for 1 night, very clean and full equipment in kitchen. Good location.
