A more than disappointing stay. The hotel is very well located, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. We arrived in front of the hotel and no one was there to help us. We had to wait almost two hours before trip.com customer service directly helped us. Since when we called the hotel, they hung up on us and then didn't answer at all... and to top it all off, we didn't have hot water for two days, and when we complained, the person told us it wasn't their "role." Furthermore, we were still asked to deposit a larger amount for hotel taxes at the end of our stay than indicated in the email, without even a single apology. So very disappointed, we do not recommend it at all.

Terrible place, no wardrobe, no drying rack, air conditioning didn't work well, small room, not even a chair, worst place ever seen, be very careful when booking, the photos are misleading, I forgot, we were 3 people, a double bed is a folding camp bed that my daughter fell off at night, other nights I slept, ruined holiday

Sconsiglio assolutamente a chiunque questo posto. Sporchissimo. Asciugamani vecchi rotti e macchiati (guardate le foto)mal tenuto fatto proprio a risparmio solo ed esclusivamente a scopo di lucro e senza un minimo rispetto e attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Letto incommentabile materasso indescrivibile con molle enormi che ti entrano nella schiena. Non vale 1 decimo di cio che ho pagato per soggiornare in questo postaccio. All'interno non ce un armadio, non ce un terrazzo nessuno kit cortesia ma solo un sapone per lavare le mani. Mai piu
