Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

Booked two twin rooms. The environment is really nice, and the manor is huge, so you'll need the manor map to get around. The rooms aren't very spacious, and my main complaint is the lack of air conditioning. If you're going in the summer, I'd seriously reconsider, as the rooms get incredibly stuffy without AC, and they only provide one fan. Breakfast was quite good though.

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. The room I booked felt like a renovated old dorm room, but it was still very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the buffet was quite good too. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and good place to escape from London to beautiful nature. Our room was quiet , the bed was comfortable. We tried also dinner and it was ok (buffet type for 22 pounds per person).

Short weekend getaway. Beautiful grounds and hotel with several art pieces and sculptures to view. The food on offer during the evening was very tasty and loved the attentive service from the team. The hotel is close by to various trails and sights of you're liking for that. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel located close to Windsor and Slough station with good amenities and ample parking. Lots of open spaces with woods nearby. Gave us early check-in and late check- out. Good breakfast included

This hotel is a beautiful and expansive property, nestled just a 10-minute drive from Windsor Castle. It boasts abundant greenery and a wide array of dining options, catering to all the needs of families and travelers alike.

Great atmosphere, delicious and plentiful breakfast, and excellent service. The location is perfect, and the hotel has a rich history. Highly recommend, definitely worth experiencing!

Accommodation average for the price paid. Basic but the property and estate around is good and well maintained. Lots of greenery and ample , easy parking. Old world charm And grandeur but the rooms Look more like military barracks/ hostel Types !!

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

Booked last minute and got a fabulous deal. Accommodation was lovely though room quite a walk from reception. Staff were very attentive especially reception when checking in. Venue has beautiful grounds and our room was very spacious.

Very nice place, food was great.
