Staying at the HIIVE Hotel during my recent weekend in Oldenburg was an excellent choice. It was an ideal accommodation for a short visit, and I would certainly return. The front desk manager was outstanding—his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were truly refreshing in today’s fast-paced world. The rooms, though compact, are immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Excellent value, especially if you're traveling alone.

With a warm welcome we were checked in and the atmosphere in the rooms welcomed me. No matter what I can only write something positive. Nothing was missing. The sauna was wonderful warm with a nice area around it. Personally, I did not use the gym, but several of my colleagues praised it.

Pricy but very high quality. Rooms are nicely appointed, beds are comfy. Rooms not large. Good size bar/ breakfast area. Breakfast 22 Euros each- we went to a nearby bakery. They have city bikes to rent 13 Euros each. Super nice to let us store our luggage for free!

Oldenburg is a quite nice small city
Hiive is far too expansive compared to really Great 4-5 stars hotels in even bigger cities
