Staff are wonderful ,happy, smiling ,helpful from reception to our maid service . The place is spotless clean ,spacious rooms comfortable beds which are changed regularly,as are the towels .lovely little snack bar downstairs and central location at ohlos de aqua only 5 minutes from the beach bars and restaurants . We went in November and enjoyed these apartments so we went back in March. The service on reception from all the staff is excellent always say hello nothing too much trouble, especially Jose such a lovely man . The apartments are great one bedroom apartments comfy bed and pillows sheets changed every 3 days. Bathroom quite large 2 sinks bath overhead shower fluffy white towels changed every 3 days. Kitchen everything you need welcome pack. Lounge very big small terrace but we got the sun also got afternoon sun from the Juliette balcony in the bedroom. Only one thing we didnt see them cleaning the pool we did see them cleaning the loungers down but not the pool.

The perfect Apartment to stay for my son’s first holiday. Thank you Jose for making us feel welcome from the start. The rooms are spacious, homely and very clean. Made to feel welcome as soon as we checked in with Jose. Room was very good one bedroom apartment. Comfy settee good television. Kitchen good full oven which we used, cooked in two nights fish and veg from the market and lamb chops from the supermarket. Kitchen had everything you could need. We had a balcony that is front of the building facing the town and carpark we didn't mind this except you don't get the sun. Bathroom good. Bedroom was good Juliette balcony, comfy beds. Snack bar downstairs very nice and pools. Just a big shout out for Jose.

Comparing to other hotels nearby, this one is a cosy quiet family run place with very spacious clean rooms, white crispy sheets, selection of pillows, duvets/blankets. Ample free parking lot nearby, just bear in mind it is slightly downhill, so walking up with suitcases might be a struggle. Although there are only two floors in the building, there is a lift. Exceptional customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely and spacious pool area, pool towels can be obtained at reception for 2EUR. We had a massage while staying there (arranged by reception) and that was great too. Just for the information for the future guests - there is no dishwasher and no washing machine in the apartments, although it wasn't an issue for us, it is helpful to know. There is no direct access to the pool area from the ground floor rooms with the pool view. The gym is quite a small room equipped with a treadmill, an exercise bike, a bench and a few dumbbells and it can only be used by one/two persons at a time, so requires booking. We didn't like the idea of using the sheets instead of duvet cover to cover the duvet. And we didn't like the proximity of the high street with bars and restaurants, although, it would be beneficial for others, we realised that we prefer a tranquil location. Most of the nights during the week we stayed there, we could hear music coming from a bar until late at night, although with the windows shut, it was ok.

Apartment was a good size and spotlessly clean! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Nice and clean pool area, with a bar/snack menu available. We will definitely return..
