We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was spotless throughout, and the service was exceptional. The staff at the bar, gallery, reception, housekeeping, and entertainment team were all friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The pool area was perfect, and our boys (aged 15, 14, 12, and 10) had a blast on the water slides, spending hours having fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel, kept amazingly clean, with friendly staff and perfect for families with young children. The food selection was impressive, offering a great variety of options. The quality was very good, and there were a wide range of options for vegetarians, vegans and children. The staff would also be happy to provide soy milk on request, which was ideal for us. The dishes were always kept full and regularly replenished, and the staff were always friendly when greeting you at the door. They always paid attention to our daughter's princess dress. The hotel consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the day and evening, always cleaning tables and removing plates of food. Empty glasses were promptly collected if left around, and the pool quality was checked daily. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always eager to engage with guests. They made us feel welcome and encouraged people to join in with daily activities. The children's disco was perfect for young children; however, it could have lasted for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes. The entertainment for adults was fun and engaging, and there was something different each evening. Check-in was from 4pm and we arrived at 1pm. The reception let us leave our case in a safe place and called my mobile once the room was ready at 2:30pm which was a nice touch. It was unfortunate that on our last day, a large group arrived who were playing loud music through a speaker and vaping around the pool. The noise and smell are not considerate of families with young children, and the pool attendant didn't pay much attention to this. Quite often you would see him napping. Another small improvement is the room quality. Our room looked a little dated in terms of paint and design, and there wasn't any cutlery, washing-up liquid or sponges available, which we needed with having an 8-month-old. There were only two mugs which, for a room of 4, wasn't enough. The room was comfortable and quiet but more of a 3-star than a 4-star rating due to its aesthetic and lack of amenities. Overall though, an excellent and recommended stay and a hotel we'll be returning to next year.

A amazing hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. A really quiet place to stay and unwind and yet easy to get to places. The staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay perfect. My wife is vegan and once the staff knew they took the time to make sure that she was looked after. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Would return here again.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant the rooms are huge and spotless. The food is really really good and that comes from someone that is very fussy. My only complaint is that in the inside bar you only get plastic glasses I cannot understand why this is the case. The bar staff say it’s because there is children in the area, but unless they are climbing over or dancing on the tables I cannot see the logic in this arrangement. I have never been to a hotel that as ADULTS you have to use plastic glasses on a evening in the inside bar

Lovely clean good sized hotel with staff who were very helpful. The apartments were decent sized so we didn't feel that two adults and two 12 year olds weren't tripping over each other and our stuff. Never had a fight to get four sunbeds together at any time of day. Food was good and again didn't have to queue. My son is gluten free and always found something for his main including having fresh pizzas made for him. His only criticism was around dessert - whilst there was always a GF cake, some of the flavour choices were not appealing to a child. He would have loved to have seen a chocolate cake or even a vanilla sponge. GF ice-cream is not available in the buffet but there are GF pots that can be obtained from the snack bar.

Just back from a week all inclusive here and it was really great. Based in a small town in Albufeira it has a nice beach and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants if you want to leave the resort. That's a big if, because you have everything you need on site. The pools and splash park are great for kids. The animation team are the best we have encountered. Full of energy and great at getting people involved without being pushy. I have done a fair few all inclusive resorts and what makes this one stand out for me is the food. Loads of choice, fresh and most of all HOT! They had some fun theme nights and things to keep kids and adults interested like a chocolate fountain station. Never waited long for anything at the bars or in the dining hall or snack bar. Rooms cleaned every day to a good standard and the resort as a whole was very clean. Little collection stations dotted around for people to leave their empties which helped. Plenty of sun beds and shade, it got a bit busier the last few days of our stay and was harder to get by the pool first thing but not an issue. Each apartment block had a little box for people to leave pool toys when they left to donate to the next lot of guests and I thought that was a great idea to avoid waste. First time staying is a 3HB hotel but I was impressed and would go again for sure.
