A bad experience. I don't usually leave bad reviews, because I always find a way to view the best in every experience, but this time is impossible. I will start with the + We opted for a room with a sea view, it was decent size, taking in consideration that we also have to accommodate a baby bed. The view from top floors over the sea is beautiful. The restaurant offer a variety of food, in generally you can find something to eat. Not so baby friendly, but they always offered to take care and cook special food for babies if ask. And now the - Loud music from the shows untill the midnight, even if in the schedule was mentioned that it will end at 23:00. Worst isolation ever( the room's door is as old as the building, only painted and that was it). Room's windows and mirrors never clean. In generally the room was not so clean. This is not a 4 ⭐ hotel in comparation with others from Black Sea. Everything was just renovated with cheap materials, without any attention on details or general aspect. My general sensation was that everything was cheap and average handled in as it was something exclusive. As conclusion I did stay in better and nicer places rated 3 ⭐ with good and qualitative facilities.

Too loud. Do not recommend for famiies. I understand that there is a show but the music is extremly loud. The beach has too many stones. Could use a tractor to clean the beach everyday. The sand is hard while next to the restaurant is so soft…. Overall, dissapointed! At 380 euro per night you expect a better standard. Even the staff could be improved

In my opinion the view and the aspect of the resort are indeed correct rated at 4 stars. The rooms are very small, the smell is quite bad, the cleaning is superficial (under the bed was a used condom), the food tastes the same. You have no parking lot guaranteed, and that is not the only issue, this persists at the swimming pool, the sea side and at the restaurant. The rules are only for some guests, not for all of them.
