Modern, premium hotel in great location. Spacious rooms, with power shower and very comfortable bed. For a good unwinding after a long day there is an underground access to a luxury spa in the building next door. Highly recommended in Olomouc.

I came for event in this amazing hotel. Clean big rooms. Nespresso machine inroom is #1 for me Free wifi Big parking Breakfast very good and team friendly. Water inbroom as compliment. Well equipted bath. I dont know if I will be here in future,but its good value for money

This is a very nice hotel to visit. We have had dinner here before, but this time we had the pleasure to spend 2 nights here. The hotel is beautiful and looks fantastic, as was our room. The restaurant was first class, and we were very much looking forward to dining here again. The food excelled as always, but we really must mention our hostess Renata. She really stood out and went over and above her expected service. Absolutely fantastic service from her! Hotel Congress, please look after her as staff like this are hard to find. We will definitely stay here again, lovely place.

Our favorite hotel in Olomouc. The strategic location of the hotel is not far from the center and on the other hand a short distance to nature. Modern, comfortable rooms. Professional staff at the bar and reception. Excellent breakfast.

I have been staying at this hotel for the third year and every year between 4 and 5 times, and I always park in the hotel's parking lot, which is free of charge. This time they surprised me and asked for a payment for the parking , of course I explained to them that they never charged a fee for the parking and if they insisted that I pay I will stop staying with them, they ended up not charging for the parking, nor could I use my points due to a problem with the computer system.

I haven't stayed at the NH Congress for a few years, but it remains a superior establishment in all regards. I regard it as a definite plus, but no one could claim it's in the heart of the city. Usefully, there is a big supermarket at the end of the tree-lined road which is mostly restricted to pedestrians. Nor should potential guests be put off by its proximity to the football stadium as even on match days the disruption is minimal.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of the summer, June 2023. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Friendly but professional staff (mainly reception), spacious and clean rooms. We really loved having breakfast in restaurant on the first floor that looked quite new and fancy! During our next stay in Olomouc we will definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel was amazing!! Spacious, modern rooms with nice view, perfect cleanliness. The dinner in design restaurant was delicious. Everybody was taking an extra care of us during the whole stay, so I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!!
