The breakfast ingredients are good, but the variety is similar to that of ordinary hotels in Europe The most important thing is that it is next to the train station, which is very convenient for going out and changing trains. "Many thanks to the team at the Hotel Astoria for their outstanding hospitality. We were passing through and needed a spontaneous overnight stay. But the Hotel Astoria is more than just that. We had dinner in the hotel's own restaurant, "bamboo," that evening. The service was top-notch, yet very friendly and humorous. The food was also excellent! I highly recommend the "Brasserie" entrecôte! To round off the evening and recover from the long drive, we went to the rooftop bar "Sisième" for a nightcap. The bar menu is extensive, and you're literally spoiled for choice. The service is very friendly and fits the bar perfectly. Compliments! The overnight stay itself was very pleasant and relaxing. The beds are soft and the pillows fluffy. The room is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We would be happy to come back and highly recommend the hotel! Best regards, K. Meier"

"Stayed at Hotel Arte while working at Gosgen Nuclear. Everyone was excellent to deal with at front desk, breakfast room and housekeeping. Room was fine, but no air conditioning, which was tough for us spoiled Americans. Location is excellent, three grocery stores within easy walking distance, as well as restaurants. Olten is a very nice town and I enjoyed daily walks. Underground parking is available as part of the hotel. Really enjoyed the stay."
