1.the internet can't connect because room far from router😂
2.Women reception no help
3.I stay 3 days but housekeeper didn't clean my room after I come back at . 6:00 p.m. then I called to the reception she didn't want to change my room but it dirty.
4.If you stay more1 day they will give you water only first day reception said after I ask her for water.

Хороший отель в среднем ценовом сегменте Олюдениза. Отель большой, много номеров разного уровня и качества. Мы остановились в самом простом номере на одну ночь. Мебель, ванная и техника в номере уставшая, требует обновления. Но кровати и подушки всё еще удобные, спать было комфортно. Допоздна слышна музыка и веселье Олюдениза, заснуть получилось только после 23.30 )) Но это, наверное, зависит от того, куда выходят окна номера. Наши выходили на море. А вот завтраки отличные! Большой выбор и на любой вкус: яйца в любом виде, блинчики и оладьи, мюсли, сыры, колбаса, овощи, фрукты. Вот только ужасный )) в общем, отель хорош, если остановится на несколько дней в Олюденизе. Для длительного, неспешного наслаждения отдыхом не хватает комфортного номера и тишины по вечерам.

This was our 4th time staying in OluDeniz & by far the best. We stayed in a Garden Smart Room, which was plenty big enough. The bedroom contained a large bed with bedside tables, wardrobe with free safe, dresser with fridge, free A/C & an armchair which converts to a single bed. There is a kettle & cups. The bathroom is a lovely size with a great corner shower & there is a hairdryer. The only slight downside is the clear glass bathroom door, it didn’t bother us as we have been married for 56 years but it might bother some!! The pool and gardens are lovely. The staff especially the cleaners are friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic position at the top of the *****. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks at the end of September in a smart room, bed & breakfeast. Everything was really nice, pool lovely and warm, but refreshing, really comfy sunbeds, room spacious with huge bed & free use of fridge, kettle and safe. Last day we were able to keep the room until 17:00 for £30, which suited us nicely. It's minutes away from all the lovely restaurants, the beach, and everything else. Staff is nice and friendly. We loved it so much that we booked the exact same holiday for next year. Thank you, Karbelsun!

First off the rooms are not what they look like on the website. Well at least ours wasn't. I did ask the guy who showed us the room about this but he just looked puzzled to what I was talking about. Maybe a language barrier. We were in room 513 which was kind of a loft room. I had to duck down to enter the room due to the triangle shape, which I often forgot when coming in from a night out in the dark. Also had to duck to get in the shower or access the bed or wardrobe. I wish I would have asked to change room when we were first checked in but it was late and I thought I'd manage. The hotel is in a good location and the pool area seemed nice. The breakfast was very basic, cheese, bread and ham mainly but they did cook some eggs fresh every morning which was good. To be honest we were out every day and night so weren't too bothered about the hotel as we only slept there and had breakfast there. On the last day of the holiday me and my partner noticed some red dots appearing on our bodies. We presumed we had been bit by a Mozzies but these bites kept coming and by the end of the day we were itching constantly these carried out coming out gradually for about a week. They were bed bug bites! I contacted Love Holidays to complain but mainly to ensure they look into room 513 as it will probably happen to the next people there! They were uninterested. So if you do decide to risk it just make sure you are not in room 513!!

Still here now. Room which we have been given is Not advertised on website (512) Dark, holes in curtains. Holiday been booked for a year on the basis of website. If we would have seen the room we have been given would Not have booked. Spoken to love holidays rep, in person and spoke to them on chat. Spoken to reception. Emailed hotel. Second day heard nothing. Everything thing else is good. The 1 on rating is for the room. Everything else would be a 4
