Comfortable ryokan that meets the needs!

Good onsen! Location near to Origawa station to Kurobe Dam which is suitable for us as it’s a 15mins drive by car! To town it’s about 15mins drive! Clean and staffs services was excellent! Price reasonable depending on the season! 👍

Highly recommend to all kinds of travellers to explore the hiking mountain area.

Onsen facility was great with selection of facial spa cosmetics.

Hotel staff were not helpful, I had originally book a room with private Olsen,when I got to check in room was not available. Two meals were included in the price however dietary restrictions were not met and hotel was notified more than two weeks ago.

Very decent and neat onsen hotel, room is big but slighted dated. Comes with free parking, better drive here and stay

The location are perfect, within walking distance to the stores. The hotel offer free shuttle to Ogizawa once a day. The hotel also offer free shuttle to the bus stop anytime we need. The staffs are helpful, polite and patience. The dinner and breakfast are delicious. The hotel and the room are neat and clean.

Service by the hotel was excellent, and the in-room onsen is very comfortable.

It is a very traditional Onsen Hotel. And it was one of the best Onsen Hotel I have ever stayed. Subtle but pretty decorated lobby, spacious room in Japanese style, beautiful river view, great facilities, wonderful food, and most importantly friendly staffs. Highly recommended!

The hotel has only heater, no air conditioner. Located at the entrance to Kurobe Dam. Has an onsen. The night shift staff can't speak English.

I like this hotel very much. The room is super big and there is an outdoor heated bathtub. You can take a bath anytime without waiting. The snow scene outside the window is beautiful, and it is a great place to check in. The hotel's hot spring is also quite large and not crowded. You can choose Japanese or Western breakfast, and the Japanese style is quite exquisite. It takes about 30 minutes to go skiing in Hakuba, and it is very convenient to drive. The rooms are well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. It is also very convenient to go skiing in Hakuba, and it is more cost-effective than living in Hakuba.
