Consider cheaper choices between surround …only is surround not much dinner meal reataurant choices .. But great for the environment

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean as expected. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner.

the location is a bit far from the bus station but it's good that shuttle bus service is provided free of charge, the best thing is the dinner set with more than 10 dishes and all are very delicious, the onsen is also very relaxing with both indoor and outdoor, all staffs are very nice and polite

I stayed at this hotel near Ogizawa Station to go to Kurobe Dam. I booked a room with breakfast included, but if you arrive at Ogizawa Station early, you won't be able to eat breakfast. In that case, I was given bread and sweets instead of breakfast when I checked in. There were stink bugs in the room, so be careful.

The hotel room is nice and large. The order includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a traditional Japanese set meal. The hot spring is also very comfortable and cost-effective.

The hotel's four-person room is larger than expected! The hotel's interior environment is better than expected, and there is also an open-air hot spring. The receptionist at the front desk is an old man, his English is not very good, his attitude is average, and the service experience is not very good. But based on the cost-effectiveness, it is still recommended!

The location is far away. You can make an appointment for pick-up to the station. It would be better if you can make an appointment to go from the station to the hotel. There are orchards near the hotel. It would be great if there is an agent to buy it.
