First time saying at a double tree and never again. Front desk wasn't very helpful. Room was dirty and dusty, tv wasn't working, and when you shower water was up to your ankles by the time you were done. No refrigerator or microwave in the room so couldn't even keep my water cold. When I booked the room I paid extra for breakfast and when it was time to have breakfast they wanted to change me again. Paid twice the amount for parking. Nerve again would I go back..

It's OK in Omaha, but it can't be compared with Chinese hotels. But the service is good overall, the cleaning is very serious. The front desk is very nice
