This is a review from the wheelchair user family. The accessibility of the accommodation is great. The bathroom is very accessible. The bed is not too high. The size of the door is general size. Just one thing not convenient for the wheelchair users: the water heater locates on the high wall, so they can’t reach it by themselves. The carers need to adjust the temperature and assist by their side.

1. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable with electrical blanket to keep you warm; 2. There is hairdryer, fridge, and electrical kettle, basic facilities enough to stay for 1 night; 3. The staff is very supportive even I arrived after 8pm at night, she is still there to help me check in; 4. My room is on the road side, a bit noisy from the traffic in the early morning.

Host is friendly and had a little nice chat. Check in is smooth. Love the quiet town and view

Basic motels with good amount of essentials. Out toaster didn’t work and we got a one straight away after informing the reception.

This was a very pleasant place, as a stop off and the unit was really very good, if a little dated.

It’s not big room , we booked for 5 adults

Hotel is excellent… I like the outdoor table to use to wine and enjoying the day…. Overall kitchen is available for cooking and nice place to stay

Lovely place in Omarama. A good stop over. The room and kitchen are clean. The hotel owner is chilled and cool.

After a strenuous ****** Valley Trail walk on Mt. Cook, a good choice for a break before heading to Queenstown on the next day. The room layout is good and the kitchen facilities are adequate. No handheld shower in the bathroom is the only drawback.

10 out 10. Very clean, comfy and great customer service.
