Hotel location should be the biggest advantage, about five minutes walk from the river Basaka Station. The hotel staff is very professional and welcoming. The hotel's breakfast is a traditional Japanese rice side dish, simple but the taste is quite satisfactory. Other aspects are standard business hotels, if you are on a business trip, you can choose.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff was amazing and the place was super clean. We were on a bikepacking trip and they even allowed us to bring our bikes into the room, which was very convenient. The Nepalese chef deserves special mention for preparing amazing food for us. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and enjoyable accommodation.

ビジネスホテルとしては何も問題ないです。禁煙室に宿泊出来て、サービス・消耗品（ヘアブラシが付いてなったです）・朝食もついていて立地も駅に近く値段も近所のホテルより安かったのでよかったです。清掃は行き届いていましたが、建物はやや年数がたっているかなと感じましたので、その分だけわずかですが感覚的な評価を下げさせてもらいました。安く泊まれてよかったと思いました。

We stayed on the second floor. The room was reasonably spacious, and we were able to read at the desk. My wife, who hates unit baths and is sensitive to smells, was pleased that there was no unpleasant smell at all. There was a free drink corner in the lounge on the first floor, and they had water with lemon and espresso coffee. There was jazz playing, and the atmosphere was very good. The bed, including the pillow, was extremely comfortable! The breakfast had a variety and volume that you wouldn't expect for free, and we were also very satisfied. We would like to stay at a Comfort Hotel again!

The room is large enough for one person and very clean. There is a washing machine for 300 yen per wash and a dryer for 100 yen for 30 minutes. There is also a small bathing area that can accommodate about 3 people. The breakfast options are not very many, but there are basic salads, hot food, soup, bread, and drinks. The food is very good. Overall, I am satisfied.

The facilities of the homestay are very good and very clean, but when we arrived, the road was being built outside, which affected the feeling of living. Like many homestays in Japan, there was no reception staff after arriving, but the process of communicating with the homestay by phone was very tossing. Thanks to Ctrip's assistance in contacting, we stayed smoothly. After check-in, you need to enter a detailed personal information such as occupation on the machine at the door, otherwise you will always call you at 11 pm. The interface is Japanese.
