The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

WENLIMHad the pleasure of staying at this property for four nights and was impressed by the overall quality of the experience. The hotel’s central location in Onna Okinawa is an advantage, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. It serves as an excellent base for leisure travelers if you self drive. The room was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making it particularly convenient for longer stays. The layout was comfortable and functional, offering both relaxation and practicality. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. The buffet spread was wide. The system of collecting a queue number before lining up was efficient and ensured a smooth dining experience. Evenings were made memorable by the hotel’s stunning sunset views. Watching the sky transition into vibrant hues from the property was a truly special experience that added to the charm of the stay. Overall, the hotel delivered on all fronts: location, comfort, amenities, and atmosphere. I would not hesitate to return and will certainly choose this property again on my next visit to Okinawa.

This is an amazing resort with great view and service. I love the jacuzzi and the bed so much. However the breakfast is below average for four stars hotel. You can reach the diving area within 15-20mins and very close to Cape Manzamo. Anyway, I must be come back next time when travel again in Okinawa.

Very beautiful hotel with nice interior. Everything is very clean and rooms are spacious and beds are big and comfortable. The hotel beach and pool looks very beautiful and and dreamlike. Hotel food is also very delicious but around the hotel are enough restaurants and izakayas with good food too. Definetly recommend!

My girlfriend and I come from Hong Kong, and we’re honored to visit Okinawa for the first time, staying at your esteemed hotel for four days and three nights. All the staff at your hotel are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. Whether at the front desk, restaurant, or cleaning team, every colleague is impeccably polite. Even though our Japanese is nonexistent, the staff patiently communicated with us in English, which truly touched our hearts. This time, I successfully proposed to my girlfriend right here at your hotel—sincere thanks to your hotel for creating such unforgettable and beautiful memories for us. Additionally, we absolutely loved playing with the parrot in the hotel’s basement; it’s so adorable and fun! We hope to see it again next time and have more joyful playtime with it. We look forward to the opportunity to return in the future and share more warm moments together.

Hello everyone! We stayed at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay from October 3rd to 10th, 2025. The hotel’s location is convenient — not right next to the main attractions, but getting there from Naha Airport is easy. There’s a direct airport bus that takes about an hour and a half and stops right at the hotel entrance. When we checked in, we were first given a room on a lower floor, even though we had asked for a higher one when booking. The next day, the staff kindly moved us — really great service and attention to detail. We chose the half-board option (breakfast and dinner). The food was excellent — tasty, diverse, and offered in several themed areas: European, Japanese, Chinese, and Okinawan. Besides the main restaurant, there are plenty of other places to eat on-site — a BBQ area, Japanese izakaya, dessert buffet, and a cozy traditional café. The beach is small but very clean, with lifeguards always on duty. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented for a small fee, and towels are available for free with hotel coupons. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, which made it peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Some parts of the interior look a bit dated, but that’s easily balanced by the stunning ocean views, fair pricing, and overall comfort. All in all, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful scenery. Highly recommend! 🌸

Sofie LNice hotel located just by a small beach. Lovely greenery and a swimming pool. Walking distance to izakayas if you don’t want to eat at the hotel restaurant. A bus stop in front of the hotel making it accessible for travellers who do not drive there. Lunch is not served in the restaurant but is served as take away. This menu can afford to be improved as it currently only offers smaller pizzas. I booked this hotel to be close to the blue cave, which is a short bus ride away, and even walkable should one feel obliged. Breakfast was served as a varied buffet with both continental and local influences.

A small, basic room but with enough for a short stay. Receptionist and other staff really friendly. Views from the small balcony over the harbour. The breakfast was particularly tasty. There is a fridge and a tiny kitchenette, but we didn't use it. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice.
