The hotel's facilities and services are top-notch. The rooms are spacious and bright, offering beautiful sea views and the sound of the waves. Breakfast is also varied and plentiful. This is my second stay here, and I'm just as impressed as the first time. I'll definitely be back next year!

This was a perfect experience during my Okinawa vacation! Choosing the ocean view room was definitely the best decision! The hotel is located on a cape, offering an unobstructed sea view that's incredibly soothing.
**Bedding:** Hyatt's quality is consistently excellent.
**Room:** The facilities are new, no signs of age.
**Dining:** Breakfast offers freshly made Eggs Benedict and grilled steak.
**Entertainment:** It has its own beach (though not very big) and two pools – one saltwater and one regular swimming pool, which is great.

The hotel is lovely, there are pools outside and inside, there is a private beach and a gym, meals throughout the day, a bit expensive and boring but the breakfast is excellent. The service is outstanding. There is a bus stop on the main road but far from a grocery store and there is not much around that is the only drawback. It was great.

I booked the Beach House zone with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, and overall, it was a wonderful stay. The room condition was excellent—very clean, beautiful, and elegantly designed, with a stunning sea view. The facilities were well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed.
One minor issue was that at night, when closing the bathroom door, there was a wind noise, so we had to keep the bathroom door open while sleeping. Transportation between the main building and the Beach House was convenient with a golf cart service. Additional costs included a parking fee and a resort fee of 300 yen per person per night.
Breakfast around 7:30 AM was quite busy, but I really liked their online queue system, which allowed us to reserve our spot virtually without waiting in front of the restaurant.
The resort had three swimming pools. The first pool, located right next to the sea, was disappointing—it was very dirty, with algae at the bottom. Another issue was that the edge of this pool facing the sea was too deep; anyone under 160 cm would not be able to stand, even though it’s the side with the best sunset view. The second pool was located slightly higher up, but we didn’t use it. The third was an indoor pool, which we also didn’t try.
Staff service was excellent. They spoke English and Japanese fluently, and some could even communicate in Chinese.
Around the hotel, there were also quite a few good restaurants within easy reach, which was very convenient.
Overall, I was very impressed with almost everything, except for the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

Pretty good, definitely recommended! While the hotel doesn't have any on-site dining options, my family had a wonderful time during our three-night stay! The outdoor pool is a major highlight, perfect for kids to enjoy in the evening!

We stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, we ate at the teppanyaki restaurant, which was good and the kids had fun talking to the friendly chef. Then second day there was tsunami alert, all sea activities were cancelled, we checked some indoor kids activities as alternative, but all have to pay, and not cheap. Thank god the swimming pool is open at least something for the kids to do.
The second night I couldn’t sleep at all, as there is a big croackroach crawling around our bedside table I was so scared it will crawl to us when we sleep. We went during summer peak time, couldn’t believe I paid high price to go somewhere that I need to watch for croakroach all night. Restaurant booking system is stressful too, we did not have time to eat breakfast, there is a long queue at 7am something already.

It was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely want to revisit again. We were in a rush to catch a morning flight and the staff managed to get us in for a quick breakfast before we left the hotel, much appreciated.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The staff were incredibly accommodating, striving to meet all reasonable requests. The hotel is beachfront, offering fantastic ocean views, and they also arrange paid snorkeling trips. My children absolutely loved it! There are small barbecue restaurants nearby, though reservations are required. The only minor downsides are its distance from convenience stores and from Naha itself; a taxi ride from Naha costs approximately 14,000 JPY.

The hotel boasts a secluded location on Seragaki Island, providing private beach access and ample space. The surroundings are peaceful, and the facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast spread is highly popular, featuring a wide variety of options. It also offers excellent convenience for exploring northern Okinawa. Overall, it's a fantastic resort hotel.

A truly excellent stay. The front desk had a very helpful staff member from Taiwan. The breakfast restaurant was superb, offering outstanding food and a wonderful dining experience. The swimming pools were also excellent, featuring both a saltwater pool and a regular pool, making them perfect for kids. We also enjoyed beautiful sunset views. There are several good restaurants nearby, which are ideal for families with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, perfectly situated between Naha, the northern ocean park, and Dino.

"Good location and friendly staff, but the rooms are starting to show their age. The bed was comfortable, but the noise from the street was quite noticeable. Good for a short stay, but not for a quiet getaway. The breakfast buffet was a highlight."

The hotel isn't large, and as a resort, it's barely adequate. Overall, the property is relatively new, the pool is decent, and it's great for watching the sunset. The beach is terrible; if you're planning to take kids to play in the sand, you should definitely cross this hotel off your list. The breakfast buffet is passable, and lunch is mediocre, but the food at the outdoor poolside bar is actually decent. Dinner, however, was a complete rip-off. The recommended set menus were simply not tasty, and they were exorbitantly priced.

This was our second stay here. As we were traveling with two children this time, we booked two rooms. A staff member kindly helped open the connecting door for us, which was extremely convenient when traveling with kids. The breakfast was also very generous.

We booked a sea view room, and the enormous, unobstructed ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. We dined at Enro-yaki (note: all hotel restaurants require reservations). We ordered a set menu, and since we don't eat pork, we paid an extra 1980 JPY to upgrade to Wagyu, which was fantastic. We even caught a fantastic fireworks display from the InterContinental across the bay!
For breakfast, I recommend going after 9 AM. The breakfast spread is good, offering all the essentials. I particularly loved the freshly baked toast; it might not look pretty, but the taste was surprisingly amazing. Before 9 AM, there's usually a wait for a table, which was a bit annoying.
All water activities need to be booked in advance, and I'd recommend trying them out. The infinity pool is also stunning.
There's a direct bus from the airport to the hotel, but you need to buy tickets in advance. Similarly, you can purchase bus tickets to the airport from the hotel's front desk, which is very convenient. Taxis in Okinawa are the cheapest in Japan, so don't hesitate to take one. The international version of DiDi is also handy.
Special thanks to the helpful and incredibly polite ********* gentleman at the concierge and the ********* lady at the pool bar. I would definitely stay here again.
