Don’t be fooled by the shiny photos, it’s a very basic B&B masquerading as a “resort”. It has neither the technical expertise nor the staff resources to handle even their tiny property. Awkward windowless rooms, very basic bathrooms with buckets. Even when the room has windows it has no netting so you can’t really open them. The beds are double bed size which they insist on calling queen size, and incase you have kids they have 3 extra mattress at the property and incase those are in use I have no idea how will you sleep. There is no AC which is ok if the weather is good but there are no fans either. So you basically sit inside a sealed room with no ventilation. Also they will take full payment before you even enter the room. They will not clean your room and they will blame each other for forgetting. The list of disappointments is endless. Infact after a full day of sightseeing I’m sitting outside with my husband kid and aged parents in wet clothes waiting for them to come and clean the room at 4pm. The food is good if you don’t mind waiting 20min for plain parathas and incase of full occupancy good luck finding a place to sit at breakfast. So if you don’t plan to spend any time in the hotel, feel free to book this, but if you are looking for some R&R give it a miss. We paid 32k for two rooms for two nights for this shoddy service. Hoping to save you from the same mistake.
