All the staff are unprofessional  Not clean I had booked room with breakfast  Breakfast timing was from 08.30 a m to 10.30 am  When I went at 09.00 a m there was nothing there  It was a horrible stay Waste of money.

The rooms were comfortable, the hospitality was warm, and the whole experience felt calm and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet escape in the hills of Ooty. Very clean bedsheets..

We as couple stayed here for 4 nights, 27th Feb to 2nd March 2026. Initially booked through *********** after reading the reviews and pictures but then cancelled as our travel agent booked it for us. Place is still being built ( approach road facilities, restaurant, bathroom fixtures, front desk service ). All these are not directly available. Present staff working has very little understanding g of guest's needs and how to serve. Heater provided for the room for evening was tiny hot air blower which needed switching off every hour. Although our room was upgraded with nice balcony view of landscape and sunset, bathroom needed more light, shower area screen or curtain. No restaurant even breakfast ( just toast & omelette and corn flakes) were served in the room ( inconveniently). Overall lot to desire to call it a resort.

Had an amazing stay here! The hosts and staff were incredibly warm, polite, and truly cared about making our trip perfect. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and felt completely new. The sunset view was absolutely stunning and made each evening special.
