no housekeeping was done on day 1 . the used plates are left just like that. food is good. but no one informed me about the purchased dinner package. it is a loss for us.

Room sound insulation needs to be improved for external noises. Breakfast options are limited, so food item few may be added

Although few included amenities were not available, the stay (standard) is very clean, beautiful & pleasant.

The property is very beautiful. But we had bad experience while checking-in since there was a large group who were checking out post a marriage function. They found it very difficult to manage the crowd. The restaurant was not functioning that day. Otherwise the food was good and Staff very supportive.
The lawn and garden are very well maintained and the background is picture perfect. Overall a good experience, except the fact that the property always has one or other function going on and this affects the privacy you seek.

It was a wonderful experience of stay in Kluney Manor, the ambience of the resort is nice. Food was exceptional. Behaviour of the staff was friendly.

Very Nice place to Stay. Very beautiful resort. Located much above the Ground level. Resort itself has a scenic view. Nice food. Supportive staff. I recommend this place strongly.
