Every year my parents go for a week or so and this year, like last year, it was my birthday gift to them. I emailed the hotel upfront for a voucher, they couldn't do that, I wanted to pay upfront, they couldn't do that. I told them to charge my card. They said ok. So this morning I get a call from my parents that they won't let them leave without payment. I called the hotel told them my card details, it's an AMEX without limit, so it always works. Not in this hotel, either they are too cheap or too incompetent. Long story short, they wasted half an hour of everyone's time and made me pay by online banking on the spot. Rude rude rude. Myself and my parents been coming here for years and we get treated like criminals upon checkout.
