Every year my parents go for a week or so and this year, like last year, it was my birthday gift to them. I emailed the hotel upfront for a voucher, they couldn't do that, I wanted to pay upfront, they couldn't do that. I told them to charge my card. They said ok. So this morning I get a call from my parents that they won't let them leave without payment. I called the hotel told them my card details, it's an AMEX without limit, so it always works. Not in this hotel, either they are too cheap or too incompetent. Long story short, they wasted half an hour of everyone's time and made me pay by online banking on the spot. Rude rude rude. Myself and my parents been coming here for years and we get treated like criminals upon checkout.

Just a short walk out of town, beautiful serene location, very attentive staff, just don’t take the suite because it’s parking lot side. The restaurant is high end service and cuisine, staff is excellent from breakfast to dinner. The gym is small but decent equipment.

What a GREAT hotel! Very quiet location, right on the water (access to the sea via steps/ladder from the jetty and from the small beach). Great room, super comfy bed, espresso machine, quit air conditioning, all rooms with a balcony and sea view. The breakfast was simply superb (à la carte). Very professional, attentive and friendly multilingual staff. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out! The SPA offer + team deserves special mention. We had a total of 4 massages because they were exceptionally good. Thanks to the SPA team (Sara and colleague). We will certainly be back! The only point of improvement i would like to suggest: a hotel like Navis should not accept the early morning ‘sunbed reservation with towel+book’. Management should take action here - and make this clear to all guests at check-in.

We have stayed at Hotel Navis last year, this year, and we will definitely come back. Everything here is just right, and the breakfast is probably one of the best you can get in the entire region, this also goes for the Navis Restaurant. The Kapetanović family is strongly engaged in the local community and runs their hotels with a focus on hospitality and high-quality service. Their commitment is particularly evident in the personal and familial care of the guests and the maintenance of the hotels. Very highly recommended.

Loved it! We were on the 4th floor with a magnificent view, private balcony. it was so relaxing and the staff were so helpful. Had a very good dinner, and a wonderful poached egg with truffles for breakfast. A nice walk to he harbor next morning. A great stop between Slovenia and Istria
