Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Excellent service friendly and helpful receptionist and staff . Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

I recomwnd this hotel to all who are looking something special. Near by you can walk, Pula is very near (you need to use the car). And I would like to point out friendly emoloyees. We will definetly return.

Fantastic hotel with very high standards. I was at a conference for five days and the experience and activities in free time (gym/spa) were very good. Bus connections with Pula city centre were a short walk away.

Staying at this hotel is like staying at a 5 star at the cost of a 4 star. The location is GORGEOUS. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and modern. The space is spotless. It's 10 minutes from town by car. It's an easy drive. Rooms 161/162 have ocean views. The restaurants, even the bar, serve great food. Prices are very reasonable. What REALLY makes this hotel special is the staff. From porter to reception, from spa to servers, and housekeeping to cleaning, the staff is happy and smiling. They are more than happy to assist. You feel the warmth Bonus tip: Ask Nicole, the concierge, to set up a town visit with Tamara and a sunset tour (got 7-9 pm in summer) with Felip.

I cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were lovely: comfortable beds; high quality toiletries; staff more than helpful and friendly; amazing pool& spa; fabulous breakfast choices ! Choice of restaurants too! I loved the decor! So cool & blue. No mini bars but butler stations on each floor to purchase drinks, food & gifts.

Exceptional in every respect! A completely renovated hotel, in a fantastic position by the sea with its own beach, parking and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The rooms are perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need and more. The breakfast is varied, there is enough of everything, even sparkling wine. The staff is always at hand and very serviceable.

Loved the views. People were friendly, the included breakfast buffet was amazing. The food at the bar restaurant was good.
Indoor pool was a nice plus, jacazzui could have been hotter, A/c in room didn’t go below 21c so wish that could get colder.
Overall I recommend this hotel to everyone.
