"I came here for the second time, but I was a little disappointed. There was almost no service. After staying for 2 nights, the faucet fell off on the first day and I could n’t take a bath. The manager the next day didn't know anyone about it, and I didn't apologize. The air conditioner was too loud to turn off. I placed 2 orders and booked 2 nights, but I had to check out at 12 and check in at 16."

"The hotel is great for those wanting to visit the Woodbury Common outlets. There is a shuttle bus to ferry guests to and from the outlet. Breakfast is basic and doesn’t vary when we were there for two nights but enough to fill you up for the day. There is also a self servicelaundry room for those who wish to use it and a supermarket within walking distance from the hotel."

It is very important to discard of all garbage in the secure bear-proof bin (warmer months) or garbage can (winter). -- For homes that include/offer BBQs, all food items should be brought inside and BBQs scraped clean after use to avoid having unwanted visitors. Bears are generally very timid but they make a terrible mess!
- The house is regularly treated for pests but being that we are in the country, it would not be unusual to have an insect or mouse make an appearance inside.
- In the State of New York, and Orange County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
