The room is spacious and bright, tidy and hygienic, with a wide view. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The hotel has a paid parking lot, and breakfast is available for an additional fee.

Environment: Suite, with entrance cabinet, partition cabinet, toilet and bathroom in two rooms. Spacious enough. Facilities: Booked a room with sofa bed, there is a spare bedspread and blanket in the closet, and asked the front desk to add a set of bedding, which is equivalent to 2 beds including sofa, plus 2 large beds for a total of 4 beds, suitable for families with children. The buffet breakfast is nothing new, but it is not bad. Parking fee is charged, $19 a day, no one checks the entry and exit. At present, only hotels in California still charge parking fees. The service is satisfactory and it is quite clean overall.

When we checked in, they promised us a parking ticket, but they charged us another $24 the next day after we left. The refund was only made after my daughter called to complain.

We were helped out by Shanice, immensely. We had been traveling cross country and were exhausted. Shanice was super friendly and accommodating going the extra mile to get us checked in and comfortable in a great room. I can’t say enough complimentary about her service!

Hotel is quite new and very clean, but needing maintenance with some of their equipment. When we checked in, there was only a room available facing the highway. It was so noisy and added with the construction that's currently goin on, it was unbearable. So we asked to move to another room away from the highway. We managed to move to another room, checked into the room, and found out that the food disposal machine was broken as the previous guest who stayed in has put in a plastic cap cover into the food disposal machine. We had to call the maintenance to take it out. After it was taken out, we found out that the machine was broken and when the food disposal machine was turned on, the whole kitchen sink shakes and gives a very loud noise. We asked hotel to put us in a different room but rooms were unavailable. We suggested to have the maintenance team switched the disposal machine from another available rooms that is empty, but they were unable to do so. Because of this, our whole stay was quite unbearable, as whenever we enter our room, we had to smell the wet garbage that was supposed to go into the disposal machine for our next 8 days there (we booked our stay for 10 days). We asked few times to the front desk if they can fix it, they can't do anything about it as they said they have no idea when the parts will arrive. Not only that, I thought Marriott has a No noise policy after 10p.m as stated in their hotel stay policy, and no guests should be partying at the pool area. However, on the night that we stayed there, about 12 plus people plus kids was partying down next to the pool and it was really loud and they stayed till about 11.30p.m. When we called the front desk to complaint, there's no one picking up the phone. The flooring of each floor was also very thin as when the upstairs guests was moving on around or dragged the heavy metal chairs, the noise was just really bad. We had to call the front desk at midnight and an unfriendly night front desk gentleman was not helpful and not keen on resolving the problem. Till after my 2-3 night calls more for the next few days then the noise subsided. One of the morning front desk was really nice though. I can't remember her name but when I told her about the problem, she right away was understanding and note the problem and said will resolve the problem. After that, the noise was really manageable. Perhaps hotel should put something under those chairs so when its dragged around the room, it doesn't make so much noise to the room below. Hotel does not offer any resolution for the food disposal, not managing their hotel No noise policy well, and only a handful of the front desk person was nice. Being a Titanium Elite member and stayed with so many Marriott hotel for the past 20 years, its definitely been the most disturbing & disappointing stay. I have to say we were a bit disappointed in this Fairfield Inn property. They charge a $12 a day for parking in a non- secured open parking lot. They charge a $18+ a day tourism-leisure fee. Really? With these additional charges I'd expect a room where the drapes aren't ripped. They don't do daily room cleaning but are good about doing it if requested and bringing additional towels and coffee if needed. They might want to think about a trash run in the hallways every morning as many put their fast food trash piled outside of their room each night. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. With more than an hour left of their breakfast hours, they ran out of many items. And there's not a lot to choose from. Their staff does a good job keeping the tables clean after each use though. They have a good variety of snacks for purchase in the little market. All in all, I don't think I'd stay here again for the price they charged and we had a special rate.

we were told that a 50$ deposit will be held for two weeks. never returned it. when i called they said the housekeeper claimed we smoked in the room.. we’re not smokers. we don’t even have anything to smoke with. asked why the housekeeper would even say that, what made her think that. they dont know. they just go off of her word. i then asked for a manager. no manager on site told to call later. called later no manager. they took my name and number and said they’d called back. never did. come to a few days later, they charged my card again for the deposit. absolutely disgusting. should be ashamed of the way you are treating your customers and running this business. something that could be a simple fix into this. so watch your credit card around these people! they’ll scam you and when you try to get them to fix it , they’ll take more 🤣

For our Disneyland trip we used this hotel. When we arrived everyone was very friendly but was a bit disappointed that my only two options for parking was self parking for $25 and valet for $30 per day. As this was our first time going on a proper vacation. Guess I should have read more carefully because I also thought it said breakfast was included like a continental type but no it just says breakfast available and it can get pricey. The food is good though. This hotel is about 9 min away from the Disneyland parking lot which was great. There are stores and restaurants near by. The view is limited and if wanting to have a Disneyland view this is not the place. We were only able to see the tower and a few lights at night. But over all very comfortable, clean and friendly.

Great hotel! Has vending machines, ice machine, a mini store, and free breakfast!!! Lots of near by super stores, restaurants, and shopping as well.
