"For your money, it is just a beautiful hotel, small, comfortable, quiet. Near 3 supermarkets, in the room-microwave oven, refrigerator, teapot and dishes-heat or cook a snack is not a problem. To the beach of Eagle beach 15 minutes walking, along the road, but to get quite real- I walked on foot, there were no problems. Safe, quiet area. I liked everything!"

"We have been to Aruba 2 years in a row and have stayed at this Airbnb both times. We wanted to stay somewhere affordable, rent a car, and be able to explore all that the island offers. Beaches, historic sites and all the wonderful foods available. The pool is very refreshing, apts are perfect for any length stay, and the owners/hosts are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you are looking for something other than the all inclusive reports, I highly recommend Sunway Aruba Apts."

"The amenities listed for Chez Lilly, Aruba are a total lie! We only stayed 2 nights of our 8 night stay. We were never put into the room I reserved and paid for. This place is out of date, filthy, and lacks any of the boasted about amenities. No on-site parking, no cooked to order breakfast, no top of the line toiletries, no plush bathrobes, no bath towels unless you rented them. The sheets are advertised as Egyption cotton. I had more cotton in my q-tipp than those sheets. In fact our 1st night didn't even have a bathroom in our room! No television , no refrigerator, which was needed to store medication. We couldn't even lock our door for safety or secure our belongings. It was a sliding glass door, without a way to lock it at all. Everything was filthy the walls, doors, lampshades, the floors. The wRdrobes for storing our clothing in were falling apart, the backs coming off of them and exposed nails sticking out. The other thing they boast about is a pillow menu. Our pillows were barely pillows, and there were not any menus to order better ones. No hairdryer, or an outlet to plug it into. God forbid you run your A/C she will hound you constantly about turning it off. One of the many times that she knocked on the door and just walked right in to the room she saw we had 2 electric strips strung together for a CPAP machine. She was so concerned about us using the electricity. The next day she did move us to a room with a bathroom and kitchenette. After my husband got frustrated with her after she tells us we have to stay in the no bathroom room one more night. We rented a 2 king bed suite. She told us that she gave it to another family because she wanted to help other families out that didn't have a place to go. Nevermind that we planned, paid for in advance. It was Carnival time and Valentine's weekend there were no other places available on the island. We honestly considered just sleeping in our car. I posted pictures on the ******* app to show what we were dealing with, but those some how do not show up. I will say that the pool and garden were pleasant. The flowers and other plants were very nice. That was all that was nice. The pool is the only amenity that was listed correctly. Be careful if you book a suite because the words are twisted to make you think you are getting a small private pool with the suite rental. By Sunday of our trip we were able to contact ******* and find an open place to save our trip. The owner has read our review and says that she is sure that it is a mixup because none of that happened. We must be talking about someplace else."

"This isn't a hostel. How can Trip.com list a place like this as a hostel? The owner showed up at 4 PM, but when I arrived a little early, he wouldn't even let me in. He demanded money I hadn't even mentioned, crammed eight people into one room, and even forced a woman to sleep with him. When I canceled my stay, he refused to even give me the money I'd received in advance, saying it was taxes. He even went so far as to say he was leaving, saying it was his fault. He said he couldn't refund my room fee because I hadn't paid it yet. I paid the entire bill, so did I really deserve that much money? In the end, I gave up paying the room fee and taxes and was cussed out. This was the worst, worst, worst experience I've ever had in 30 years. This isn't a hostel. He's a scammer. How can he list a place like this? Is Trip.com actually doing a good job? This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time, they made me wait outside for five hours, so I gave up my prepaid accommodation and booked another place. But this time, there were no places to stay, so I had no choice but to wait and come back. And now I'm being treated like this. I want to sue Trip.com."

"The room was dirty. The host shut the ac off as punishment for leaving it on while not there. She entered everyone's area daily without permission. Asked guests to remake beds with dirty sheets. Bathroom wall had blood or poop or poop on it. She has 5 dogs that roam the location as well as cats. Not impressed! My pics aren't uploading....sorry"
