The yellow duck family hotel I booked didn't have a bathtub. But Ctrip showed that it could be upgraded. The upgraded room I saw had a bathtub. When I went to the front desk to check in, I met a female receptionist. She was very disappointing. She didn't upgrade me and had a bad attitude. Everyone avoid her. Her name is Kangzhu! Kangzhu Kangzhu Kangzhu! Everyone avoid her! Don't check her in! She has a bad attitude! When her attitude was bad, a savior appeared. Her name was "Wang Jianbo". It can really be said that the hotel is blessed! The service was very good. He upgraded me and kept apologizing! It wasn't his bad attitude, but he apologized frequently! I waited for an hour and complained to Ctrip again before I was able to change the room. 2: The front desk collected a deposit of 500, but the mini bar was still locked. I was told that it was locked because it had received a group of guests before, which shows the management flaws. 3. After changing rooms, there are still water stains on the inner glass of the bathroom, which may be due to insufficient sanitation and cleaning. 4. The compensation measures are shameful... The room is clean and tidy. The facilities and equipment in the room are all brand new. The service staff are very warm and thoughtful. The room was chosen by the child. Our family is very satisfied and will recommend friends to stay here~
