I usually don’t write reviews but felt like sharing our story. Our visit in Ordu was extremely pleasurable, particularly due to our stay in this hotel. We had originally booked a different hotel which I will not disclose but let me just say that we left the reservation right after checking in (at this point it was about midnight), so we started looking for another hotel right away. We really like Radisson Blu however the prices they gave us when we called (remember it was past midnight, so booking for that same night online was not possible) were not matching their website and the staff member was not willing to price-match. So we decided to go to Ramada. When we got there a staff member kindly helped us with our bags even though we insisted we did not need help. Next, their prices matched their online prices, which we definitely appreciated, but on top of that, they gave us a discount! So we decided to stay there for the night. The morning after, we decided to book the rest of our stay with them. Customer service was great, particularly from Alperen, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ordu.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The rooms were very clean, the staff met all our needs. Breakfast was delicious. My family and I are grateful to Ramada Plaza Ordu for having a unique holiday. Thank you!

We booked SPA center for with my Wife on 24.07.2022 It was a terrible experience. SPA center is nice but masseur, who is also manager of SPA center, was unexperienced. She knows nothing about SPA and massage. She is definitely not at the level of Wyndham standarts. Total massage took 10 minutes for each😅 But it supposed to be min. 35-40 minutes for each. SPA massage oil products are also avarage. She used Nivea massage oil🤷♂️ We left place on massage oil us.

Friendly staff, quality service. Every need has been taken into consideration during the accommodation process at Ramada Ordu. The staff is very corporate and competent in their field. The problems encountered in non-corporate hotels are almost absent here. All our requests were met with interest. I hope it sets an example for other hotels.

A very high quality hotel in the center of Ordu. I recommend it especially for business visits. It is a clean, hygienic hotel with friendly staff. If they improve the facilities further, it can be considered as a family holiday. I would recommend it to everyone.

Thank you very much for your hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms was great, I cannot find anything to say about their attention. The restaurant located on the 7th floor had an excellent view and service. Many thanks to Ms. Semiha and Ms. Tuğçe for their interest.
